It’s a place that I will never ever deal with again in my life!!!! There is no customer respect or appreciation what so ever. They tried to give me a lecture as if they are better!!! People there, they can cancel there appointment with there customers last minute!! Or even be late once until they showed up 20 minutes later, it’s fine!! But Me being there late once on the night before my (Big Day) Wedding Day to meet up with them and get charged for it, it’s okay!!?? Terrible service and I didn't even rent it. I called 10 different time on 3 different days and I got no reply until I finally called again and we scheduled a time to look around and when I called to confirm a few hours before she said "oh I'm glad you called! I have to cancel the meeting later." As if she was not going to tell me until I called. We scheduled another one and that was canceled the night before. I made the time and asked for the day off both times, but she simply cannot commit to making time for her clients. What's the point of owning a hall if you are never available and have bad...

My experience here was awful.! The place is too old and ugly. I had to buy a lot of things to transform it beautiful. The bathrooms smells terrible.! And even worse the owner is an old woman, she seems nice but is totally a b$?&@.. She just want to charge you for everything.! I did all what she want me to do to give me my full deposit back and she charge me $100 for an after visit.! And te visit was an appointment with her to see if everything was okay. Please don't rent here.!! There are so many better places than here.! For example: Bear Creek Country Club.! Way better.!! The view is amazing and they have so many packages to make your event comfortable. The space rent is just $500.00 dollars.! And the place is clasy and elegant.

Tengo que escribirlo también en español para ayudar a la comunidad latina también.! Mi experiencia aquí no fue nada buena.. Rente el lugar por primera vez para el bautizo de mi hijo y me quedaron ganas de nunca más hacerlo.! En primer lugar la dueña es una anciana súper especial.! Te cobra un anticipo que no es reembolsable (ojo, hay muchos otros lugares q si lo regresan en caso de cancelación) el lugar apesta.!! Esta muy viejo y horrible.! Tuve q comprar muchos adornos para hacerlo bonito, los baños apestan a horines y según eso te lo entregan limpio.. Son 700 dólares de depósito aparte de lo q cobran y al final hagas lo que te diga la mujer que hagas no te regresa el depósito completo.! Me quito 100 dólares de ahí por una visita después que fue para entregar la llave.!! Es absurdo.!! Preferible rentar en otros lados.!! Estuve a punto de rentar en otro lugar antes que aquí pero me habían recomendado aquí.. Bear Creek Country Club.. Cobran solo $500 dls x la renta del lugar y está hermoso.!!
