My most recent visit to Stone Korean Restaurant in Bothell was a mix of pleasant and noteworthy experiences, with a few small hiccups in the flavor department.

We sampled the Bi-Bim-Naeng-Myun and Kalbi during our visit.

Good, local Korean food and tofu soup restaurant with a couple locations around the Seattle area. They do a variety of popular Korean foods and I would recommend the fried chicken and tofu soup.

Food I got the beef tofu soup and it was pretty good! The soup was good and not too salty. There’s a decent amount of beef that comes with it. The side dishes here were good. I liked the kimchi and egg rolls. Fried chicken was super crispy and the meat was good as well. Plenty of pieces in the order for the 4 of us.

Atmosphere Nice looking restaurant where you can casually get Korean food. Noise level was low.

Pricing The food price here is slightly higher than what I would expect to pay for tofu soup or even some of the other dishes. Quality was good. But I think I could go somewhere else slightly cheaper tofu soup.

Service Service was good and fast. The server was nice. Got seated quickly for lunch.

Arrived at 6:45pm tonight (a Tuesday). It looked busy and there were several empty tables with dirty dishes still on them, but there was one open table. We were seated and decided what we wanted within a couple minutes as we already saw the menu online. We saw other tables of patrons who looked like they were waiting for food. Door dash drivers were waiting and the phone was ringing. There seemed to be only 2 guys serving all the tables. We waited 15 minutes and no one came to the table. We decided to leave as it looked like it was going to be a long time to eat. One issue with menu, the same meal is listed as a lunch price and also a dinner price and many were $13 MORE for dinner - yeah it was a bit shocking.
