Wanted to share a great experience I had at this store a couple days ago with salesperson Ayden! I had purchased a pair of shoes that were not working out for me. He spent time with me and observed my walk to make sure that I was getting a more appropriate pair. He could not have been more kind and attentive and I ended up with shoes that have been working out great for me. He really seemed dedicated and focused on making sure that I left the store with the right pair of shoes for me....felt really old school in his approach. I would highly recommend this place. There is a really kind and knowledgeable vibe about the place and if you are lucky you will get Ayden to assist you, but i have a sense that you cant go wrong at this place, no matter who is helping you. As a business owner and someone who has been in the customer service industry for almost 20 years this my experience today. I walked in with my mom planning on spending $400 in the store. I was never acknowledged when I walked in. I had numerous employees walk by me and didnt say anything. When my mom took a pair of shoes to ask a simple question, the lady in the back really didnt seem to want to help. I really voiced my opinion when an employee walked right behind me and didnt say anything. I talked loudly and made sure they could hear me. She then came over and asked if we needed any help. This store is awesome!! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I won't buy my sports shoes anywhere else. They will watch your stride so they can make recommendations on which shoe is best for you, along with making sure you are well fitted and happy. I have been going here for years and won't switch!! Love the tent sales too! The staff here go out of their way to help you find exactly what you want and need. I highly recommend this store and their shoes. The clothes are great too. It's nice in this day and age to have smiling, happy, helpful people wanting to help you and have conversations with you. You feel like they want to get to know you to serve you better.
