Just A Taste Catering — Attraction in Bozeman

We had an amazing experience working with Liz to cater our wedding at the Big Yellow Barn this summer. We planned from out of town and Liz was very responsive via email and phone to work out the details. I wanted to keep it simple but elegant and the menu Liz proposed for the buffet was perfect. My mom and a friend who live in town did the tasting with Liz and we hardly changed a thing because it was all delicious. On the day of, Liz and her staff were very attentive, professional, and relaxed and made sure both the groom and I got the passed appetizers and drinks (and they weren't even the bartenders). They also made sure the band got their food and drink and were able to relax before getting the party started. Liz and her staff went above and beyond and it was a bit like having a day of coordinator and caterer all in one. I can't imagine anything having gone better and both the groom and I were able to just enjoy our people and the evening. I also went through Liz to get linens and had her make some quiches for brunch the next day which she DELIVERED. I would give Liz, Taryn, and the rest of their team at Just a Taste Catering 10/5 stars if I could!! First, the quality of the food was outstanding, and many guests and family members have told me it was the best wedding reception meal they’ve ever had (and I agree)! Secondly, Liz’s quick and efficient communication with me through the whole process and knowledge of all things catering is extremely impressive. From food serving sizes and the number/ amount of alcohols to have available to linen/ rental recommendations and amazing menu-designing skills; Liz truly is an expert in this business, and it so clearly shows in the final product! She made every step simple along the way, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, from start to finish! I could not recommend Just A Taste enough. Taryn and Liz were phenomenal to work with throughout the entire process. They are incredibly responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. Any question I had got answered quickly and I never felt like I was bothering them.

We had the pleasure of having them caterer our wedding dinner and it could not have been any better. From the passed appetizers, to the three course plated meal, everything was perfect. The food was truly incredible but the people were even better. Every single person on their team was friendly and personable and really helped keep the tone/vibe of our wedding. Our guests were so impressed with the food and the people.

They also provided lasagna, salad, and bread for us to eat the following night. The lasagna was truly the best lasagna I have ever had and every guest agreed. We also had a celiac guest and they were amazing with how they handled that guest’s food.
