The staff and the atmosphere are amazing! Heather, Cass, Shawn, Tori, Chandra, Craig, and all the other bartenders are so phenomenal!!!! The wait staff is unbelievable!!! Logan, the other Logan, Andrew, Breeum and all the rest of them are incredible at their jobs and provide the best Customer Service!!! Lastly the management is unbelievable! Kristen and other managers are truely what make this place go round! From being staffed properly, hosting, backup bartending, vendor additions, and more, they truely make this place go round and the atmosphere what it is, nothing short of a place you can call home.

We are regulars here and frequent roughly 4 to 5 times a week. The bar feels like Cheers! Everyone knows your name.

Since the new owners have taken over, the chefs have been challenged with their limitations on meeting the bottle line set. Corners are cut and more and more food is coming from Sysco! This went from one of the best restaurants for breakfast, Lunch, and dinner to a hotel restaurant. It’s sad to see the standards of quality lower.

Major areas we see food lowering standards:

  1. Wednesday is always tomato soup day. It was a vegetarian’s delight. Best tomato soup anyone has ever had. Now Chunky inconsistent and including bacon.
  2. Grilled Cheeses coming out looking like a toasted cheese sandwich. Cheese is cold and breads ungrilled. If I wanted a cheese sandwich, I could make one myself.
  3. burgers that used to be hand patties and never frozen coming out looking like a flat quarter pounder from McDonald’s.
  4. sourdough bread that was once homemade with love, now a bought bread from Sysco.
  5. once the best egg cook in all of bozeman, now eggs coming out with oil drenched on them.
  6. even down to the new owners wanting to serve a bar snack at the bar. They started with kitchen made nuts, 2 days later we were provided stale snack mix! Yuck! An added bonus not wanted again unless you bring back those nuts made from the kitchen.
  7. first to be served for lunch broccoli cheese soup that is already broken and unseasoned at first of lunch service. Scared to know what others received at dinner!!

I can keep going but I believe everyone gets the point. This was staple for bozeman locals! Locals are truely what make this bar and restaurant succeed and flourish. The locals that frequent do so more than 3 to 6 times a week!!! Our voice has not been heard. I hope this is not offensive, but honest and truthful. Please don’t change our “cheers”. We will support until the end, but you are failing us on food we have known for decades. Thank you for your...

My mom and I stayed at the best Western plus for Christmas eve and Christmas day. We had dinner reservations for Christmas evening and we had breakfast Christmas morning. We split a club eggs Benedict and mom had a parfait. The food was delicious, but then it was strange that our waiter tried to give us our bill before we got our food. It seemed like an honest mistake but strange nonetheless. Then we went for our dinner reservation. The best part was that they asked if we wanted a booth or a high table. I only had a couple minutes to look at the drinks menu before our waiter wanted our dinner order. I told him that I hadn't even gotten a chance to look at the menu yet and he told me it was either salmon or prime rib. So I ordered the prime rib and asked him to leave the menu so that I could finish reading it. I then found out that I could have ordered a cheeseburger instead. Our prime rib dinner included a salad and shrimp cocktail which were brought out together. I was able to have one shrimp and one or two bites of my salad before the main course was also brought out to the table. It must have been barely warm coming out of the kitchen because it was room temperature by the time I finished my salad and was ready for my meal. We had to flag down our waiter to ask for an extra sauce, and he never once asked how anything was. Fortunately the flavor of the prime rib was excellent, so was the salad and the dessert. But the potatoes and asparagus were absolutely bland. It was a genuinely disappointing experience and we will be avoiding the restaurant before we check out of our room. Surely somewhere else will offer us...

We first stopped at the Farmers Daughter but their menu was very limited so we decided to try this place since it was highly rated. How it receives high ratings is beyond me. We ordered breakfast around 10:25 and it was ready within 10 minutes. That was the best thing about the experience. At 10:30 a customer came in and was told that they were no longer serving breakfast and that they didn't start serving lunch until 11:00. Another customer came in and was told the same thing. How do you run a restaurant where customers have to wait a half hour before they can order food? Very strange and inconvenient. For $38 we had Eggs Benedict and a half order of chicken fried steak and eggs. Overpriced, yes, but as long as it was going to be good food, I didn't care. Well...good it was not. It didn't look bad, but it was not very good at all. The cubed steak could have been run through the cuber quite a few more times as it was very tough and chewy. The hollandaise sauce was nothing to write home about. The hashbrowns were ok but it is pretty hard to mess that up. The service was fine but I would definitely not...

Lovely place!!! A local spot for sure but with the quality, no wonder it is a hot spot. Potions are huge!!! I ate the chicken finger plate twice. Plenty of leftovers for a midnight snack. Ps- Get a side of gravy!!! And the tomato soup on Thursday night! Some of the best I have ever had!!! Loaded with crackers of course! I had the wedge salad one night as well and thought I’d take some back to my room but I chowed down on it and ate it all bar-side. Ps- Get extra dressing, I tried the cherry vinaigrette (why is it spelled that way?! 😂) and blue cheese. Great prices on whiskey pours.

I have been going to the Club for over 20 years. The recent upgrades are great (carpet, chairs, lighting..). Serving on the wooden planks and fries in a metal container are a not needed change. The wood is a breeding ground for bacteria - and seems like a lot more work as well as difficulty to cary The prices went up, perhaps due to the, change from plates, etc. I highly recommend going back to plates - if it ain't broke don't fix it. Food and service are awesome as usual. Finally keep the Heinz ketchup!!
