This place used to be a go to place before it became Keyfood . And I understand we’re living in hard times some going through it more then others but no way should a retail store should be selling expired bread having mold growing on it and price it at $3.99 . It does have overpriced grocery compared to Walmart. They only had one Cashier upfront and One stocker on the floor it’s very lonely and not as welcoming .

Terrible. It's an all Latino/Spanish grocery store. They don't like any race other than their own. I am a black man and was there with my niece and nephews who's 9,12 and 6yrs old. I was followed by employees of the store and was told to hurry up and buy. I will never go there again! 0 STAR REVIEW. They need to be reported and shutdown.

Im always buying food here and today 4/30 stopped in for menudo not the first time by the way. as I am eating I find something abnormal and as I pull it out of the soup I assume it’s just a big onion and come to find out ITS PLASTIC. I always loved their food but now I’m not sure if I’ll be trusting them again.

The store is over all OK. (Please read all) Also they are awesome if your looking to find rare, hard to find, speciality items and even bulk goods. It's also offered at a very fare price overall. Even with the type of customers that they seem to attract, they still seem to keep the store pretty organized and clean to a degree. The issue is that the service desk, especially when calling them for questions or help over the phone, the female worker that mainly answers is very short with you, acts bothered, is very abrupt, and makes you feel stupid and also like your bothering them. (THAT TREATMENT ALONE WOULD HAVE MADE MOST PEOPLE GIVE THEM A ONE STAR RATING & EVEN A VERY RUDE BASHING REVIEW, BUT I'M GIVING THEM SOME SLACK) I hate to say all this cause overall, the store is ok especially due to the poor, rough location that surrounds the store in this particular area of Bradenton. They even have a fully armed security guard there! That's great, but even he seems like he's about to snap at anything that might be the least out of place. Lastly, if you look at my history, this is the first time I've ever wrote a review that is even a little bit negative, but since I've been doing (and going to be doing a lot more business) a lot of business at the Metro PCS dealer that's located inside the store, I feel it's my duty and my right to post my feelings after all that I'm doing there and also all the new customers that I've recommenced to go to this location. Mainly the Metro girl is great and that's what keeps me happy, but also I love the store shopping also. I just hope they fix things some because it's my word (reputation, referral) when I recommend this location for both business services there and I end up getting a report back that makes me look like I'm crazy because their experience was not very nice. I hated to leave this and it's my first, but I'm going to give them a better updated rating after a few more visits over the next few weeks if things seem to have be just a one off (actually a 3 or 4 off event that was not so nice) poor experience from my many previous visits and calls. So, give them both a try, it might just have been a bad couple of months for the grocery store part. Cause Metro pcs was great. Plus for many years prior the store was great. It's just over the past few months things seem to have changed some in the overall atmosphere there. God Bless...

Where do I begin? Our first experience with them my mother and father where immediately followed by the security guard with no reason what’s so ever . Mind you my parents don’t even resemble someone that’s up to know good (if they want to use that excuse ) anyway to the next point the customer service is unbelievably terrible the cashiers always look like they’re having a horrible day they don’t as so much pay attention to you when you walk up to them no good afternoon or any kind of friendly gesture it’s offensive really , next my husband is white but he does speak and understand Spanish the one and only time he comes into this sorry excuse for a store is to buy tortillas he has to go through 3 employees to finally get someone to point him to the right direction and two of them smirking at his obvious accent. And lastly let’s talk about the managers on duty Jesus Christ how can you be a manager of any kind of store like this and be such a shity person ?? You ask these people any sort of question and after sizing you up and down like your a criminal they give short and shity answers , this place is at short range to a lot of people that need Hispanic produce and it’s a shame how unprofessional one place can be I dread having to walk into this place . They should be ashamed of themselves!! Note even if it’s a small and crowded store go to ACAPULCO TROPICAL stores on first street at least you get greeted with...

WOW. I called the store to find another location near my area in Venice/Port Charlotte. I see there's a Fort Myers store location, but from what I saw online, the store is currently closed for good. The store associate didn't know of any other stores in the area (except in Tampa) and when I asked about getting the phone number to the Fort Myers store, she told me she didn't have it. Then she put me on hold. I spoke to a "manager" named Tony, who told me "and who are you? I cannot give you any information". I just wanted to call the main offices to ask them where the local Bravo stores in my area are. He was abrupt, rude, and told me he could not give me any information or phone numbers. He didn't even know where the corporate headquarters were located at (or he refused to tell me) and he kept interrupting me. Ugh. My abuelita is in town from Puerto Rico and all we want to know is if there's another Bravo location "open" in the Fort Myers area, or anywhere south of Bradenton. That's all. He told me to call Monday morning to talk the "main manager". Is this how they treat their valued customers? Increible! Shame on your, Bravo! Learn to treat your customers a...
