Cirque Italia Sarasota — Attraction in Bradenton

We arrived at venue at 6:55 for a 7:30 show. There was 2 parking attendants to manage hundreds of cars. At 7:35, we were still in our car. Yes, we sat in a car line for 40 minutes. Best part: When we finally reached the parking lot, we were told it was full. Circus was set up off a main highway with no alternative parking so we parked illegally in a spot that wasn't a spot. Many other cars were hosed. It was not less chaotic once inside. Show started about 10 minutes late and though there were signs to wait for an attendent to be seated, there were far too few attendants working, although the few that were there were working their butts off. Because of the parking fiasco, people were being seated after the show began. I bought these tickets based on other reviews and videos other people posted. But this show did not even resemble the other videos. Costumes and make-up were terribly cheap looking, as was set design. The "lead" time between acts was very long so there was a lot of down time. The water part of this "water circus" was simply a platform with a fountain around it. If I had paid $15, I may have been satisfied, but I spent over $300 for my family of 5 and this did not meet expectations. Also: my daughter dropped her phone through the bleachers. We went immediately to go get that sorted out. Of course, there was no security, and no staff around. We went under the bleachers alone to find it, which we eventually did. When finding our way back to ramp to go back to the show, we noticed the ramp was not lit at all. I mean nothing. No rope lights on the floor - nothing. The show wasn’t bad. There were some cool stunts. The ringmaster was not entertaining at all. This was advertised as a water circus and as being filled with acrobatics. I don’t considered what they had as a water prop being a “water circus” and there were a few good acrobats in the show but I felt like there was too much filler. My low review is because I think the price of the tickets were way too high for what it was. You can get tickets to see Cirque Du Soleil for the same price which is wild to me. Again, the show wasn’t bad, but it’s definitely amateur compared other acts you can see for the same cost. No hate to the performers, I just think they need to rethink their ticket costs and...

We attended the water circus at Space Coast Harley Davidson in Palm Bay and sat front row. Parking was free and close to the event. It's a nice length of time for the price of the show, but do note that all concessions are cash.

We were very entertained and amazed at the talent of the performers. They had laser lights, water curtains, trapeze, aerialists, juggling, and even cross bows! It felt like a true circus 🎪 including the big top tent.
