This park is worth at least 5 minutes if you are just passing through or much more than that if you have time. It has a major bike paved rail trail going through. two boat launches, picnic tables, it is right on the gorgeous suwannee river ,which is worth looking at,especially from the floating dock, has a blue spring that people have been swimming at forever(but might be muddy if the river is high), makes a reference to Gulf sturgeon fish which is an interesting environmental note. The Gulf sturgeon had nearly disappeared and was extirpated for a hundred years and has now re-appeared. Also, if you take the bike trail to the north side of the village, you will pass by the Brownie Moses home place. There is a sign just off the trail, telling about Brownie and his wife. Another sign says you can walk or bike in during the daylight hours. I found this property a very pleasant and interesting rural farm/forestry property for biking. I didn't have time to fully enjoy it but I plan to look at it fully at a future date. The park/bike trail /Moses property is a gem. You have to look...

Picnic tables with shelters, barbeques (if you'd like to cook a meal), 2 nice boat ramps with a great floating dock. This park is also home to Branford Spring...so its a great place to go for a swim. Cryatal clear 72 degree water and the spring run is very shallow...a great spot for kids! There are portable toilets on site. Various restaurants are right nearby as well. A great place to relax and enjoy the view of the beautiful...

I like to visit and just look at the River and watch the boats. Very...
