My advice is find another car wash. They've been around for a while and I think that they established their reputation historically but recently over the past year they've been going downhill and today was the last day that I'll utilize their services. My wife brings her car there every now and again and the last two times the car has come back looking like it was hardly even washed. So I decided to take it myself. When I got there I paid for the ultimate which was $20 plus tax and I asked them do you vacuum the inside, the seats, the floors, the trunk, to the windows get wiped down including the rear window which has a haze on it. And the guy said yes. When the car was done I brought it home popped the trunk trunk was not vacuumed They was still sand all over. The interior seats and carpets were subparly vacuumed. The front bumper had multiple bugs left, and the rear window was not even touched. It took me approximately 43 seconds to clean the front bumper, less than 20 seconds to vacuum the trunk, I took care of the mat's seat and rear window in about a minute. I'm not expecting high level detail just expecting the bare...
Read moreThe first time I visited, they did a fantastic job on my vehicle, inside and out. Most recently, I went on a busier day and when I got home I wasn't thrilled with the job they did. They set the bar really high with previous washes. I always get the most expensive package and when done right, it's a great value. But here's the most impressive part... I called to let them know that it looked like they forgot to vacuum my cargo area and 2 wheels looked like they hadn't been cleaned. They were apologetic and told me to come back and they would make it right. I would have been satisfied with just those things addressed but they insisted on rewashing and cleaning my entire vehicle. They won my loyalty with that...
Read moreMy wife took her perfectly running car to get washed. When they finished the car would not start. Finally did start and made it 500 yards down Herbertsville Rd. when it died. Had to have it towed. The mechanic said they shorted out a fuel sensor with the water they sprayed prior to going in the car wash. Wife returned and showed $200 dollar repair bill to Melvin the owner and asked him to help with the bill. He opened the hood and said “I don’t see water”. Well Melvin it was 5 hours after the fact so it would have dried and it had been repaired! The place does a poor job cleaning cars but a great job causing damage. The owner has ZERO integrity and he knows he caused the problem. STAY AWAY...
