There was an item that was supposed to put on hold for me that was on marketplace. The owner’s daughter told me that it would be on hold for 24 hours. We live an hour away from the store. I received a message from the owner’s daughter while I was on my way down to pick the item up saying that it was picked up and she “hoped” it was me who got it. Well, obviously it wasn’t me and someone else bought the item because the daughter never told anyone at the store to put a hold on it for me. She knew I was coming from an hour away. This is very bad business and because of this, I will never do business with her again or shop at this store. The only thing good about the store was the worker, Maria, who we spoke with on the phone who apologized to us for what had happened. This was an absolutely terrible...

Called about an item posted to Craigslist Friday afternoon, was told they were available. Made the trip (+1 hr) down to Bridgeville for said item and was told there was a hold on them and they would not sell them to me. I'm unhappy because the clerk I spoke with Friday either neglected to tell me there was already a hold on the item or they neglected to put a hold on the item when I inquired about it and said I would be there at 10:00 the next day (their opening time).

The clerk working the store Saturday was friendly and understanding and explained it was someone else working the previous day. Regardless, I wasted a good chunk of my Saturday because of lack of communication. Will not...

We don’t live in the area (about 20 min away on a good day). When in area we always stop in. Never ever left empty handed. The rooms are like little caves of treasures. You have to look in all angles and nooks and heights. Prices are great. Quality is great. Staff are so nice! Takes cash or card. Parking gets tricky, but just park at the bank if uncomfortable with the tight fit. Worth the trip. You’ll come back...
