I've visited most of the dog parks in the area, and this is, by far, my favorite! The dogs and the people are amazingly friendly! The park is well maintained by the city. My only complaint is the muddy areas caused by the water hose and the pools, no water during the winter because the city turns it off, and there are not enough shady spots to sit in.

Driving from Atlanta to Philadelphia PA found this place on Google maps... perfect stop for my 3 to stretch their legs and a perfect shady bench for me to watch them

It was our first visit to a dog park so I wasn't sure what to expect. My pup is almost 50# & full of energy so I chose the large dog section. I read the rules & we went in. The entry/exit & the area surrounding were quite muddy! We walked around inside & it quickly became obvious that there are some rude or lazy pet owners using the park. There were SO MANY piles of poop!!! I had to keep my eyes on the ground the entire time I was walking around. A male Australian Shepherd joined us & the 2 dogs ran & played. A female black lab arrived a bit later & my dog played chase with her for a while. Myself & the other 2 pet owners all picked up after our dogs & the 2 owners were both cordial. I will definitely be bringing my dog back to the park to play! Despite needing a bath when he came home, it was a hugely successful & fun time for both of us & he came home...

This park is often populated by unneutered male dogs, aggressive dogs, too young dogs, and infants in strollers, and toddlers. I called Bristol Parks and Rec and they were completely uninterested stating that they don’t, won’t and can’t police the park. Also, there is no water source in the winter. Keep in mind the private dog parks have water in the winter, so it can be done. Lastly, there has been tremendous sickness running through the park summer and fall 2018. Bottom line: the rules are not enforced. There is no water year round. Lots of problem dogs. Your tax...

Love it. First time here. They have a small dog section as well as a large dog. Poop bags and garbage cans to throw it away. Water for the dogs. Very clean. Shared areas and plenty of benches for their human companion to sit and rest while your dog runs. Great fencing. Small enter gate to let your dog be greeted by others before being put in the big yard. Very wise to do that so people can cage others dogs and make sure they will get along before just turning them loose. Thank you. My...
