Cook Out — Restaurant in Bristol

I went through the Drive Through today and ordered two BLT’S only Tomato and Bacon with extra Bacon Crispy and extra Tomato they repeated it to me that way but still got it wrong and I also ordered a 3 Piece CHKN platter with fries and Corn Dog and Large Sprite they gave me fries and a Corn Dog and no CHKN Tenders after repeating this at the window and in the Drive Through it took the Guy 3 times when I was ordering the food to understand and then still got it wrong at the Window and all the manager said is he didn’t hear you how after repeated it three times and once at the Window seemed very distracted worst experience In a Drive Through...

I had service at the drive-thru I’ve only been to cookout once and today I decided to come to the one on volunteer Parkway. The food here was fantastic outstanding I don’t even know what else to say. The food was HOT COMING from drive-thru You just don’t expect that. I’m finished my food now and believe it or not. It’s still HOT I was so impressed. I wanted to call the manager to thank him for the service that I received on today, I will be back. I will be bringing the children back!!!! What surprised me the most was you never get HOT FOOD from the drive-thru!!!! And it was done...

I was excited to get a Cook Out on Volunteer Parkway in Bristol as I love the food at exit 7. I asked for two orders of hush puppies and a fry. The fries were good but cold and the hush puppies were like rocks..out of both orders I ate 3 completely and the others you could not bite into...the kids working there at the window (4) were laughing. one girl was working and the other three were on their cell phones.
