We ordered from this Burger King. On Monday, February 11th We ordered for chicken sandwiches. And asked specifically for them to be dropped fresh out of fryer. We went five blocks. Sat down to eat the sandwiches were ice cold in the middle. I asked the manager of the store three times while I was there. Were these drops fresh out of fryer all three times? I was told. Yes that they were dropped fresh that my order was fixed fresh. I called back. Spoke to the same manager that told me that my order was dropped fresh told her that my food was cold. She was hateful on the phone. As well as being hateful in person when I place my order. But said she would replace it. I went in today Which is Tuesday the 12th to have my order replaced. As soon as I walk through the door. The manager screams out to the people in the kitchen. I was there for the for sandwiches. They were fixed. She the manager herself slams them down on the counter. I asked her a question or tried to ask her a question. She walks off. The attitude of the manager at this store is the worst that I have ever seen in a public restaurant. Not only that. After my sandwiches were set on the counter the manager started to walk back thru the kitchen adea The rest of the kitchen employees huddled all 3 starjng at me and so I know they were talking about me coming in to get the order. This is no way to treat the public that pays your paycheck each week. We will never eat at this restaurant again, and I will tell everyone I know not to eat at the Burger King on the Volunteer Parkway. Acting that way because it was their mistake is totally...
Read moreI stopped in to get dinner rather than use the drive thru because I wanted to see what might be new on the menu. There were signs on all the doors & counters that they were not able to accept credit cards & gift cards must be announced before ordering so the order could be placed on the drive thru computer. There were 2 employees visible preparing sandwiches & 2 working the counter register & drive thru as well as taking care of the fries. With the computer issues, the 2 working the front were running around like chickens with heads cut off trying not to duplicate each other's work or miss an order while the 2 in back were leisurely assembling sandwiches & chatting. Although not new, the Royal crispy chicken sandwich caught my eye. I ordered that & value fries. The fries were hot & crispy & there were plenty. The chicken sandwich was a mess! There was entirely too much sauce!! The lettuce was drowning in it & it had gushed out from between the buns almost all the way around the sandwich making the top bun wet & sticky. I threw away the top bun, wiped away all the extra sauce & tried to salvage some lettuce. The piece of chicken covered less than 1/2 the bottom bun so I could fold the bottom bun over in place of the top bun. For such a disaster, it actually tasted good! It's not likely I'll return to this restaurant any time soon. I found it sad that the employees who were so overwhelmed out front were getting it done right while the 2 in the back, virtually relaxing, provided such a...
Read moreThis location has turned around so much in the past few years. I use to come on night shift but when Steven was the manager I would have to wait for almost 30 mins for my order and when I got it, it was cold. I usually show up in the morning and Dreya, Tristin and lianna are amazing. I know that being under new owners is a change that takes time to get use to. But everyone there is taking it in stride. Courtney on day shift is an absolutely rockstar on Sundays and Wednesday (senior night) she is running it like a boss. I have watched her stop what she is doing usually during shift change, to help night shift do their job the night shift manager would leave his crew to figure things out on their own. I would hear a door shut I am assuming the office and Courtney would come around the corner and jump right in and get all orders out fast. I have heard all managers except the night shift manager encourage their crew members that they are doing a great job and that they would help them get through it together. The night shift manager would stand there with his hands crossed and say he didn't give a fuck about anything. And Debbie is a rockstar and is one of the best you can tell that she loves her stores and has personally picked the managers she has here. I will be back to eat dinner during the night shift soon just to see how it is without the negativity is gone. Keep up the hard work...
