BenchMark Physical Therapy — Local services in Bristol

The staff members were great from the time I first walked in until my last day as I walked out. My physical therapist, Noel, kept me informed as to what expected of me if I wanted to get well both at therapy center and at home. She did a great job on my progress reports and when I went to my doctor's appointments, he was already aware of where I was during my physical therapy sessions.

Ashley did a tremendous job in insuring that I was scheduled and knew my schedule ahead of time. I did have some life events that came up during a couple of my schedules and had no problem rescheduling. That in itself made life easy on me.

Shayne jumped in without hesitation to help when needed and also cheered me on at times. I was very thankful for his words of encouragement, because at times it was hard for me to keep going.

Overall the BenchMark Physical Therapy Facility was nice, clean and enjoyable to do

my recovery. The equipment that used was always cleaned before and after my uses. The staff overall were great and friendly. And I myself would come back for further treatment as well as highly recommended others. Thank you for taking care of me during my time of need and...

Really nice staff. I had David a few times, Shane quite a bit and Liz for a few weeks over the course of about 5 months. I wish I could have stayed another month but insurance was having none of that.

Space is small preventing having room for a full range of equipment. Therapy is not always one on one. For me it seldom was usually being one on three.

Scheduling was flexible and the scheduler was nice. Atmosphere was pleasant

No emphasis on nutrition sadly. That's my thing and knowing helped a lot. No option for hydro therapy which I think would be beneficial. Posture improvement exercises helped significantly with my shoulder injury adding about 15 percent to my recovery. I had to campaign for it. Like everything else on healthcare watch out for yourself.

Bottom line it was a good experience because of the quality of the staff and the fact that they cared. Everything can be better but this was the best part of my injury and rehab. ...

I just finished up my third physical therapy journey with Benchmark each time for a different reason. Noel and Shayne are wonderful physical therapist's and provide you not only with wonderful care in the office they also provide you with the knowledge and tools to continue your journey to wellness once you are released from their care. Ashley runs the office like a well oiled machine and always treats you like an old friend as soon as you walk in the door.
