I didn't receive the right amount of cash for the items that I took in. When I went in to ask them about my situation, they pointed to a sign that reads "count your money..." That's to cover their behind. How come they didn't let me sign the receipt of how much I was receiving before I left to count it then? That's what they should do. Change the policy instead of "miscounting." I even told the guy that I counted the $ and I was $20 short. Rather than help the customer and check the cameras, he angrily said I "could have dropped it." I told him that they need to be honest about their business. Ni modo...Can't trust a cash teller nowadays. Hope they're not doing that to all...
