I bought a faulty Google pixel online through eBay. I walked in thinking I was going to have to sell them the phone. Thankfully the experienced sales person told me it was an issue with the battery not the motherboard (as all other reviews said it was more than likely the motherboard).I was already trying to return the phone to get my money back so as you can imagine id be worried about allowing them to work on it. The sales person was extremely confident it was the battery so I finally agreed to allow them to work on it. I've gone twice to get service here. The first time I took my mom's phone because she had a green screen. They inspected it and said it was the screen. They replaced it and they had it ready in less than an hour. Second time, (yesterday) my mom had dropped her phone in some water and she had put it in rice...a rice got stuck in the charging port. I took it to Phone hub and the person working there (didn't ask for a name) was able to remove it in less than five minutes and did not charge me anything. HE DID IT FOR FREE.
