By far the worst customer service experience. Iâm just glad my contract just expired and Iâm not obligated to continue with any payments and can leave somewhere else. Hopefully they donât come up with any surprises. Some of the staff members that greet you at the front are very rude and seem they really donât want to be working there. Please do not bother interrupting them while they are socializing among themselves and ignoring you. Iâve had my gym equipment stolen from me while working out and caught the members involved and told management about it and did nothing about it because they did not want to make it a big deal. Also, when confirming my final payment and signing the cancellation waiver at the gym, I stopped by the locker room to pick up my gear knowing I wonât be coming back and noticed the lock on my locker was gone along with my gear. Not sure if this was management due to the locker being idle for a while but itâs not like they are short lockers. Good thing none of my gear was high dollar so they can go ahead and keep it if they were involved. Donât have any intentions on comin back. I would not recommend this true fit location.
Surely enough surprises did kick in. I got an email notification about a payment the gym is trying to debit a month after I was guaranteed by after signing the cancellation waiver that no more charges would be debited from my account. I went to the gym to talk to the staff about it and told them what is it they are trying to charge me if nothing else is pending and there response was their manager is not here and that they donât handle billing issues over the weekends. Seriously this is the most incompetent staff on a business I have ever dealt with. Hiring young kids that donât know anything and just tell you what you want to hear until things like this come up. Management can contact me directly and explain what is it they are trying to charge me. Not planing on heading back to the gym and wasting my time with negligent...

Weights are everywhere, except where they should be. Good luck finding a pair of dumbbells! You will almost always have to go on a scavenger hunt throughout the entire gym to find the second one. Plates on the floor every 15 feet, just waiting for someone to trip.
Pins to set weights for machines are a luxury at this gym. Itâs ridiculous. 1 out of 3 machines will actually have a pin and itâs been going on for months without a solution. Machines are broken for months without getting fixed.
The cherry on top is the workers. Absolutely incredible that corporate pays people to literally just down and be on their phones for 8 hours (or however long their shifts are). I have never, not once, seen an employee rack a weight or help with anything thatâs not related to the membership itself. There could be a fire at the gym and the workers would probably be the last to know. I am strictly talking the front end workers, the maintenance/sanitation employees seem to be the only ones who ever do anything. I see girl employees posing in the mirrors, walking past the unracked weights and over chaos of gym as if they were there to workout, itâs honestly infuriating.
These pics are actually on a good day (since on bad days Iâm usually too pissed off to even take pics).
Management, get your employees to lead by example and maybe some of gym members will follow through as well! Itâs all about culture! As employees rack weights, they can also hold gym members accountable when they see them not reracking!
Also, get more damn pins! If youâre concerned with theft, have someone tie them down to the specific machine.
These problems are not that hard to fix, which is what makes it even worse.
Also, donât act as if you donât know about these issues. There has been at least 4 reviews mentioning the same damn issues I just did.
Get it together TruFit!!!!!

Iâve been a member for 3 years now and never had a problem before. Today, the manager on duty, whose name I believe is Diana Sanchez , was extremely rude to me and my entire family.
I pay for the daycare package, yet they didnât have any daycare employees working during business hours. That in itself would have been fine if this poor excuse for a manager had simply approached me or my wife as we walked in to let us know they were short on staff. Instead, she looked directly at us as we walked into the daycare center, laughed while we waited for someone to sign my son in, and didnât even get up from her chair to explain the situation.
After seeing no one come, I went to the front desk and asked what was going on. The staff member told me they didnât have anyone available to watch the kids. Meanwhile, Diana just sat there, smirking and staring at us.
I asked if my son could walk in with me since there was no one to take care of him, and the front desk lady said yes. At that point, Dianaâstill sitting comfortably in her chair and not saying a wordâwaited until I actually started walking into the gym with my son before telling me, âSorry, sir, you cannot bring him inside.â I donât have a problem with that rule. What I do have a problem with is her not doing her job by letting families know right away that daycare services werenât available, and offering a solution like going to the secondary location.
Iâm in management myself, and I would never treat customers this way. She showed zero initiative, zero professionalism, and zero pride in her role. She just sat there and let the gym feel more uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
Her attitude is horrible, her customer service is worse, and itâs clear she couldnât care less about the members or the quality of...
