The amenities are quite rundown. The turf is inexpensive, and there are many broken chairs. The showers are broken and unavailable, and the pool is dirty and slimy. While the community is suitable for children up to six years old, it lacks amenities for teenagers and high school-aged residents or younger adults. Great place to relax and go for a swim with the family. They have grills to have a barbecue with friends and family. You can also reserve a spot for a small gathering, bday, etc.. on Fridays there’s food trucks and every two weeks you can check out books from the buckeye...

It's always clean. Other families are friendly and respectful of everyone's space and minding their kids.
