So I gotta start this off by saying that I love Dutch Bros. Iâve been going there for years recently They introduced the order on your phone feature to save time so you donât have to wait in line itâs supposed to be great if youâre in a rush. however thatâs not the case and this is not the first time Iâve been in a rush. I pre-order ahead of time And I still sat in line for over 10 minutes to get my drink that I pre-ordered 15 minutes ago so now not only is my 10$ drink old, but I have to sit and wait in line as if I was just to walk up when that defeats the whole purpose of ordering online. That was not what I did because I was in a rush I ordered ahead. Itâs extremely disappointing to be honest it seems like Dutch Bros specifically these locations are poorly ran. theyâre becoming so popular. The functionality is not efficient at all. Why would you even have the online order feature if you make your customer sit and wait in line as if they didnât just order online. I had to speak up to myself and ask the lady at the window. Hey do you have an online order for Paul when I literally sat there for over 10 minutes standing right in her line of sight and she didnât even acknowledge my presence Iâm a small business owner myself And my business would not be possible without my customers therefore, Iâm extremely grateful for them. Iâd appreciate it if I was at least acknowledged when I go to spend my hard earned money at your business! I think Iâm going to stop going to Dutch Bros.    Read moreI just want to aware the local community about this Dutch Bros Location. I am all for supporting local businesses, but The customer service care is very unfortunate. The local business brings it up upon themselves for customers to advise others to be aware of receiving bad customer service. Within the two weeks SPAM, I received horrible customer service the first one being with my toddlers in the drive-through. I waited 45 minutes when there were only two cars in front of me. I ordered three simple drinks and waited 45 minutes, When I arrived at the window, there were numerous employees working, but of course weâre not taking their job seriously. When I asked, why did my Drinks took so long to be brought to me, The clueless employee told me that it was because there was a bee activity going on. Now, Why in the world would bee activities have to do with My drinks being brought so late ?! Bad Customer service ! Today I went to get another Dutch Bros drink and try to give them the benefit of the doubt but again they failed me. There was a law-enforcement officer behind me who kindly order his drink and nothing against him, but I was the one that ordered first before him and why was he given his drink first before me? When the barista got done, handing him his drink, she walked away from the window, and I just waited, staring at my drink lol. I kindly approach the window and another employee came up and said to forgive them that the barista that had just walked away was new. Come to find out from the lady taking my order who was great told me the girl used to work there so she catching up. Ok until sheâs literally holding up the line. When the car in front of me had two drinks that got brought out and mine just the one was done and this car of the former Dutch employee was holding up the line with more cars behind me growing with no care from the employees chatting it up at the window with he former employee. I get wanting to socialize with an old coworker/friend but thereâs a time and place.
