Food and service need some time to be worked out. I will say there are new faces here each time I go. That can be concerning and a sign of poor management. Let's give that some time. On to atmosphere. It was great until they decided to install large tarps covering the west exposure of the patio. It went from the best patio/bar area in the west valley to the worst. Horrible planning! I've got 10 other dive bars to go to if I want crappy atmosphere and better food. Updated 4/21/24 Here are a few things to consider. UFC 300 was on here! Awesome! But we had to ask for the volume to be turned up. Please take a page out of Twin Peaks book. Pay attention to details. Every time I come in I have to ask for TV's to be changed from infomercials to sports. Or for local games to be put on. These are the details! I asked for the baseball game on and now it's on almost every TV... DETAILS! It's the NBA finals and we had to ask for it to be on a TV... DETAILS For the Final 4 we had to ask for the game to be on. ... DETAILS If you want to consider this a sports bar then have someone driving the channels for the daily sports. Especially home team games. Update 02/02/25 The fans.... due to "health code" there is a super annoying blast of air around the whole outside seating at the bar. If this was health code why isn't it at any other bar I've been to. They can turn them off at night though... so just like COVID to a mask the health code only applies during the day. šŸ¤” If we didn't like the bartenders here we would not come back! 4/9/25 Turn the AC on, it's hotter at the inside bar than it is outside! It is definitely pushing 85 degrees or higher sitting inside at the bar. Misters? 🄵🄵🄵

Went for my birthday last night, its a new restaurant in our town, we're pretty west of everything and tbh this place has been packed to the rafters since it opened, probably because its the only pub in walking distance since the communities of verrado and sienna hills were built. Service was prompt and friendly and although you can't book a table, we were advised to come before 6pm to have the best chance of fitting in a table of 8. we were seated almost immediately, attended to swiftly and the wait staff were very friendly. the food choices are plentiful and we ordered pickle chips for the table and everyone ordered main course, the pickle chips were very spicy, despite no mention of this on the menu. You have to pay extra for fries with your burger which seems kinda stingey, especially as the burgers are $17 each. we ordered fries or tater tots each, and they were so salty they were inedible, the waitress did bring me a new portion without salt but not for anyone else. Apparently they are pre seasoned in the kitchen, despite putting salt shakers on the tables. Finally the place is loud, 2 of my party have PTS and found it to be too loud, everywhere you look is a giant TV and the volume is loud, so people are shouting to make themselves heard, its a din. I'd go again purely for the convenience but i'd probably eat at home first or defintely ask for no salt on my fries etc... it was ghastly.

Been here twice, both times for takeout; once delivered, once ordered to-go on-site and waited. This place should be named Cold Food & Slow Service, as that’s more consistent with the experience. First time, delivery (via 3rd party) took forever - 90 min or so and the place is less than 5 miles away. Food arrived cold, and with errors. It was the right ā€œdoneness tempā€ though - after sitting and riding in delivery, which means it was likely undercooked at time it was plated. Decided to give them a second chance by going, ordering inside and waiting for food to take home. Went early (before 5pm on a Wed) and it wasn’t too busy inside. Greeted by two young ladies at the counter who seemed nice enough at the time. Ordered and then said I’d like to get a beer while I wait. One of them said I’d have to go to the bar and they’d come let me know when my order was ready. No problem. I go sit at the half full or less bar for relatively slow service attention-wise. Beer finished and 40 min gone by I decide something is wrong and go back to the podium to check on my order. The other of the two girls (teens, they were) acted like she’d never seen e before, and when I asked about my order that I’d been waiting on, she said ā€œoh, we don’t come to the bar, you have to come check.ā€ The opposite of what I was told while she was standing there with the other girl who rang up my order. The bar is literally 4 steps behind them, and I saw them walk by me several times while I was having my beer.

Needless to say, the food was cold and my impression of their service beyond tainted. 2 burgers with sides and a beer (lowest priced drought is $6) = $50.(!)

By the time I got the food home, my wife and I were starving. She can eat cold food and be ok, I can’t. So in the Ninja my food went for several minutes. This is relevant because once warmed up, my burger was just at a full pink-reddish center (both burgers ordered ā€œpinkā€ out of there red, pink, no color spectrum (that ought to be a tipoff I suppose)… so after waiting in the greeter’s stand for who knows how long of that 40 min, a 5 mile drive home and probably 6 min in an air fryer, it was just getting to the proper cook temp. My wife’s burger on the other hand arrived overcooked from the start. We also both agreed both times we’ve ordered from there that the meat patties seem to have zero seasoning; very bland. The recipe seems to fully depends on the other items in the burger, like cheese, lettuce, an egg or some other novelty for their flavor. I get a burger for the meat, the rest is additional, not the other way around.

Back to the overall customer experience: No apologies for the wait, miscommunication or anything, just a couple seconds of blank stare and then moved on to other tasks as if I weren’t there, even though I was literally speaking to her saying that I’d been told with her there that I’d be informed while at the bar when my food came out (not that I said this but, like pretty much every other sit down restaurant that offers to-go and has a bar to generate more revenue while customers wait for their order on the planet…) Anyway, once handed my food and told ā€œwe don’t go to the barā€ when they did for several other people/reasons, I clearly no longer existed in their world and the two girls went back to talking about personal stuff while doing something else other than tending to customers.

For the price, wait and experience, save your money and go to In-n-Out or Whataburger. You’ll get faster, better service for food that tastes better and costs far less.

Two strikes and this place is already out for us. To the franchise owner, manager and parent company of this place: good luck with that, if this is how you want to run your business. The store is relatively new, so after the opening spike of customers testing it out, expect a huge drop in business. People only tolerate poor service and bland food for so long, much less when it’s stupid expensive.

All American Burger with Tots Hangover Burger, add bacon, with Chips Small Pacifico Pilsner...

I went in to have dinner with my wife and one of the hostesses yelled at me to move out of the way upon entering so she could get by within the first minute of entering in a crowded lobby. We went to the other hostess who stated we could sit at the bar outside and she informed us they would be opening it up soon. Sounded good to us. We went outside bar and after sitting, the bartender told us through the closed glass she was not going to be serving outside. We returned inside and spoke with the hostess once again and informed her of what we were told and she did not apologize or get us setup for the waitlist but rather went and got a superior and after more waiting they stated that flys were a concern so they would not be opening the bar on the outside. After learning this, we placed ourself on the waitlist and were put behind a number of other patrons who arrived after us. After waiting for some time, three spots at the inside bar became available for ā€œopen seatingā€ and I went to the bar to sit down and called my wife over as she removed our name from the waitlist. Upon sitting, the same bartender who spoke with us earlier reserved two of the spots for another patron, who was already sitting at the bar in another location, and provided two menus for him and attended him. As there was now apparently one seat open, due to reserved open seating, I left the inside bar and because we had removed our name from the waitlist we were back to the bottom of the list. Frustrated we left, after waiting a fair amount of time due to the lack of communication and no apologies or consideration for our time. Very poor customer service, which is sad considering all the upcoming new restaurants soon to be opening...

Originally gave 3 stars- then we both had stomach issues after eating here.

The good: Food was good but nothing spectacular. Would come back- but wouldn’t be our first choice in the area. The beer selection is vast- too bad yall don’t offer Growlers PB&J sliders- ordered them to try something new and was surprised how well that combo worked. Hubby got the pit. Everything was hot. Place is clean. There’s like 50 tvs with every sport on. Front service was fast and nice when we said we preferred not a high top.

Mid: if you want something non alcoholic, there’s nothing listed on the menu. Coke products. No sweet tea. No mocktails. The men’s room had tvs and smelled nice- the woman’s was as if you went to Walmart and no tvs. Little sexist- he doesn’t watch sports…I follow baseball and hockey.

The bad: The sides are extra if you want anything other than chips- $2+ Food prices are a bit high for what you get. The sliders didnt even come with a side and cost like $18…for 3 Hawaiian roll sized sliders. The server was friendly but it was ā€œgood enoughā€ service… I also don’t wanna see Coochie hair cause your shorts are that short. Everyone else was dressed in a way that said sports bar- not hooters. If you need tips that bad,get a different job. To me if a place offers kids meals- you should dress as if kids will be around. She didn’t know what a growler was at first. Got our drinks mixed- at a table for 2 and let the drinks go empty. We also got 4 whole napkins because we had to ask- she forget silverware and napkins…as a waitress….the place wasn’t that busy. Service borderlined slow. The pay by receipt was awful and didn’t work. She didn’t know how to use the machine to tap to...
