Been here twice, both times for takeout; once delivered, once ordered to-go on-site and waited. This place should be named Cold Food & Slow Service, as thatās more consistent with the experience. First time, delivery (via 3rd party) took forever - 90 min or so and the place is less than 5 miles away. Food arrived cold, and with errors. It was the right ādoneness tempā though - after sitting and riding in delivery, which means it was likely undercooked at time it was plated. Decided to give them a second chance by going, ordering inside and waiting for food to take home. Went early (before 5pm on a Wed) and it wasnāt too busy inside. Greeted by two young ladies at the counter who seemed nice enough at the time. Ordered and then said Iād like to get a beer while I wait. One of them said Iād have to go to the bar and theyād come let me know when my order was ready. No problem. I go sit at the half full or less bar for relatively slow service attention-wise. Beer finished and 40 min gone by I decide something is wrong and go back to the podium to check on my order. The other of the two girls (teens, they were) acted like sheād never seen e before, and when I asked about my order that Iād been waiting on, she said āoh, we donāt come to the bar, you have to come check.ā The opposite of what I was told while she was standing there with the other girl who rang up my order. The bar is literally 4 steps behind them, and I saw them walk by me several times while I was having my beer.
Needless to say, the food was cold and my impression of their service beyond tainted. 2 burgers with sides and a beer (lowest priced drought is $6) = $50.(!)
By the time I got the food home, my wife and I were starving. She can eat cold food and be ok, I canāt. So in the Ninja my food went for several minutes. This is relevant because once warmed up, my burger was just at a full pink-reddish center (both burgers ordered āpinkā out of there red, pink, no color spectrum (that ought to be a tipoff I suppose)⦠so after waiting in the greeterās stand for who knows how long of that 40 min, a 5 mile drive home and probably 6 min in an air fryer, it was just getting to the proper cook temp. My wifeās burger on the other hand arrived overcooked from the start. We also both agreed both times weāve ordered from there that the meat patties seem to have zero seasoning; very bland. The recipe seems to fully depends on the other items in the burger, like cheese, lettuce, an egg or some other novelty for their flavor. I get a burger for the meat, the rest is additional, not the other way around.
Back to the overall customer experience: No apologies for the wait, miscommunication or anything, just a couple seconds of blank stare and then moved on to other tasks as if I werenāt there, even though I was literally speaking to her saying that Iād been told with her there that Iād be informed while at the bar when my food came out (not that I said this but, like pretty much every other sit down restaurant that offers to-go and has a bar to generate more revenue while customers wait for their order on the planetā¦) Anyway, once handed my food and told āwe donāt go to the barā when they did for several other people/reasons, I clearly no longer existed in their world and the two girls went back to talking about personal stuff while doing something else other than tending to customers.
For the price, wait and experience, save your money and go to In-n-Out or Whataburger. Youāll get faster, better service for food that tastes better and costs far less.
Two strikes and this place is already out for us. To the franchise owner, manager and parent company of this place: good luck with that, if this is how you want to run your business. The store is relatively new, so after the opening spike of customers testing it out, expect a huge drop in business. People only tolerate poor service and bland food for so long, much less when itās stupid expensive.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went in to have dinner with my wife and one of the hostesses yelled at me to move out of the way upon entering so she could get by within the first minute of entering in a crowded lobby. We went to the other hostess who stated we could sit at the bar outside and she informed us they would be opening it up soon. Sounded good to us. We went outside bar and after sitting, the bartender told us through the closed glass she was not going to be serving outside. We returned inside and spoke with the hostess once again and informed her of what we were told and she did not apologize or get us setup for the waitlist but rather went and got a superior and after more waiting they stated that flys were a concern so they would not be opening the bar on the outside. After learning this, we placed ourself on the waitlist and were put behind a number of other patrons who arrived after us. After waiting for some time, three spots at the inside bar became available for āopen seatingā and I went to the bar to sit down and called my wife over as she removed our name from the waitlist. Upon sitting, the same bartender who spoke with us earlier reserved two of the spots for another patron, who was already sitting at the bar in another location, and provided two menus for him and attended him. As there was now apparently one seat open, due to reserved open seating, I left the inside bar and because we had removed our name from the waitlist we were back to the bottom of the list. Frustrated we left, after waiting a fair amount of time due to the lack of communication and no apologies or consideration for our time. Very poor customer service, which is sad considering all the upcoming new restaurants soon to be opening...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOriginally gave 3 stars- then we both had stomach issues after eating here.
The good: Food was good but nothing spectacular. Would come back- but wouldnāt be our first choice in the area. The beer selection is vast- too bad yall donāt offer Growlers PB&J sliders- ordered them to try something new and was surprised how well that combo worked. Hubby got the pit. Everything was hot. Place is clean. Thereās like 50 tvs with every sport on. Front service was fast and nice when we said we preferred not a high top.
Mid: if you want something non alcoholic, thereās nothing listed on the menu. Coke products. No sweet tea. No mocktails. The menās room had tvs and smelled nice- the womanās was as if you went to Walmart and no tvs. Little sexist- he doesnāt watch sportsā¦I follow baseball and hockey.
The bad: The sides are extra if you want anything other than chips- $2+ Food prices are a bit high for what you get. The sliders didnt even come with a side and cost like $18ā¦for 3 Hawaiian roll sized sliders. The server was friendly but it was āgood enoughā service⦠I also donāt wanna see Coochie hair cause your shorts are that short. Everyone else was dressed in a way that said sports bar- not hooters. If you need tips that bad,get a different job. To me if a place offers kids meals- you should dress as if kids will be around. She didnāt know what a growler was at first. Got our drinks mixed- at a table for 2 and let the drinks go empty. We also got 4 whole napkins because we had to ask- she forget silverware and napkinsā¦as a waitressā¦.the place wasnāt that busy. Service borderlined slow. The pay by receipt was awful and didnāt work. She didnāt know how to use the machine to tap to...
