Jackson Tyler Norris Memorial Skatepark — Attraction in Buda

Nice small town park, however the city cares more about painting over graffiti than fixing lights and ensuring the timers for said lights are working correctly. No one wants to be in the air mid trick when the lights suddenly turn off 30 minutes early.

Edit: as of 3/3/2025 the City of Buda has closed the park due to "vandalism' however has yet to fix the lights. Construction in the are has actually dismantled two of the lights completely. I have called the City's Park Office multiple times and have yet to...

This small and fun skatepark should be on your list of places to check out. It's great for all level of skaters, especially beginners and intermediate level skaters. It's well laid out and has some great ramps, a taco, half-bowl, and a small covered area to just chill and pay respect to Jackson while here. The concrete is fairly smooth throughout - although there is a weird rough patch just as you come down one of the ramps that needs some attention. ...

Perfect little skatepark with good flow, it's good on both street and vert. It's hella fun just skating around with the homies. Or you could snatch the opportunity and really up your skills using these training grounds to the max....
