I was a customer for a few months, and I noticed high prices but didn't mind to pay cause my hairdresser was good,on my last 2 appointments I was disappointed and overcharged,they didn't call me to tell me they charged me twice, I noticed it and brought it to their attention, they gave me a retouch for free(it wasn't what I need it but didn't want to be ungrateful) On my last appointment, I was late.. They always take 2 hours or more on my hair,I was aware they had a $50 fee if you're late. They called me to tell me they couldn't wait but still charged me half of my service amount. Literally, there ppl make money even if you are not there. I called them and asked them to do my hair and take the rest of the money and the same girl I referral to my fam/friends said in a rude way she couldn't do anything about it and that was their policy. I had to learn that places like these only see your money and not you as a person. Don't leave a tip for ppl that are already getting paid for their service, and if you're not happy with what they did, make them do it again ,because when it comes to money they don't give a shit,why should you. I worked with this same girl on my schedule. She canceled and rescheduled my appointments without me complaining. And she couldn't do anything for me!? Lesson learned. I had scheduled my first appointment with you for a 12 o’clock on the 6th of February.
I never got let know about the policy’s you guys have. As a customer I think we should get a heads up about it so we know what consequences would be if we can’t make it. Taking that in mind if I would have known I could have pushed aside my other errands from the day to make it knowing the policy. (February 6th ) was my 1st appointment Therefore I got my appointment rescheduled! During the rescheduling is when I first found out I was getting charged a fee for not going in. I got my 2nd appointment scheduled for February 12th at 5pm. I spoke to the stylist she asked the time and date. (February 12th ) Was my 2nd appointment that you guys on your end messed up on during scheduling! I showed up and waiting for a response since u guys messed up I should not have paid( a fee for that day) as it was the salons error! Why should I have to pay a fee for a scheduled appointment that you guys made!!
It was only 2 appointments. As the last one I was gonna make I cancelled due to all of this. Truly ridiculous.
Always let the customer know ahead when scheduling the service the salons policy’s. And if the salon messed up take responsibility and don’t make the customer pay for...
Read moreI went in to have a cut and style Wednesday morning. I scheduled my appointment days in advance at 8:15 am. When I arrived they had no record of my appointment so I had to reschedule. Fine, things happen. I came back later that morning for my haircut with Angelica, she was nice and overall did well with my cut, I asked for curtain bangs with layers around my face. The bangs were completely uneven, they start at my eyes when I asked for them to start under my nose. The entire face frame is completely uneven, the bangs are a huge chunk on the left and barley any was on the right. I immediately told the hair stylist that the bangs were messed up, she said “oh it’s because I blow dried them” I again told her “no, they look funny and are too short” to which she completely dismissed me. Upon leaving I left a FB message so I could Upload photos so a manager could see how butchered my hair was. While leaving a funeral the manager, I assume, named Rebecca called me and said “I was told to call you” obviously ill informed. I asked for her to return my call as I was leaving a funeral. I’ve now called her back 2 times with no return call. The bad cut was enough, I was asking for a partial refund or some time of discount however the management chose to handle this...
