Inspired Minds Art Center — Attraction in Buda

I am so impressed & excited to have this incredible resource in our town! The owners have put such thoughtful care into designing a welcoming & creative space for all the members of our community. It launched just before the pandemic upended everything, but they have been conscientious about remaining open as much as they can, providing their services & classes to the public safely, including virtual options! My child has been able to virtually attend art camps this summer through the "magic" of technology and carefully assembled "camp supply kits" to allow each child to create & learn in safety at home. Each camp. week has been a cornucopia of art projects developed around a scientific theme, showcasing the "art in science & the science in art"! They also have a lovely gallery space featuring local artists (and a small, enticing gift shop!) I LOVED my time here and couldn’t be happier with my decision to allow this place be the place to inspire the artist within me. Thank you Gena for lighting the spark with your knowledge. Gena is patient, encouraging and very knowledgeable but could simplify everything for you as well as educating you what the artist World really call it. We have lived in Buda for 15 years and we finally visited on Sunday. I know they started Inspired Minds only a few years ago and it was a nostalgic experience to see art in the building where we used to do Buda city hall events. My family are incorrigible artists... writers, theater majors, music degrees, and art majors. The person who helped us on Sunday 7/9 was a great, friendly and wonderful person. I believe he is the kid of the owner and he said something so poetic that I will never forget... "We are taking over". We will keep visiting you all more frequently. Beautiful...
