Many people still remember this historic building as the Pierce Arrow Commerce Park. Pierce arrow produced (1901-1938) many luxury vehicles, and other commercial vehicles. Nowadays, the building host many multi-tenant offices. As well as warehouse space for winter storage and distribution services.
