If I could give this place less stars I would. This place is the dumpiest, cringiest place I've ever been. If you are from the area do not come here literally go to any other location in the area. especially if you like to do your orders online so that they are ready when you get it. I went to the location on Delaware for a DoorDash pickup. When you have a mobile order it gives you a code to put into a screen. I went in and put my code in and the box opened up and nothing was in the slot where it was supposed to be. Casually I thought it must've not been ready yet,I waited two minutes then resubmit the code and the screen read invalid code. So I talked to the guy at the counter and he went up to his manager and told him the situation I literally heard them talking in the kitchen. Manager said it must have already been picked up. When the employee came back up front he told me what the manger said and left it at that. There was no getting ahold of anyone. The way they treat people in that place needs to be stopped. I mean when a customer has an issue you don't ignore them and leave it at that. I asked what im supposed to do on my end because it literally was a DoorDash it wasn't my food. I still got ignored and treated horribly. I honestly wouldn't be writing a review if it was just that I get there isn't much you can do if someone picks up the wrong order but the way I was treated and ignored was beyond disrespectful. this honestly falls on management. how do you know thats whats going on and drop it with no ounce of compensation or even assurance that Ill get somewhere ignoring a person is not professional at all. literally somebody when I was in there made an online order two days ago and scheduled the pickup for 530 yesterday (on the playoffs) when they asked where it is and showed the conformation in email with time it was supposed to be made the same employee was trying to say that she ordered it two days ago and ignored her to. Manager decided to make another employee give her a refund so now the lady who had it scheduled to pick up left having to worry about what their eating for diner. I bet she ordered cuz she was having a party of sum for playoffs now on top of not getting her food she has to go back out to get something else . it's just crazy how don't you think about other people. all consideration is out the window in places like these. like I said it really falls on management for allowing their employees to act like that as well as themselves. employee literally blamed me and said "Its on you to pick up the order your supposed to be here" buddy can wash his face b4 tryna blame it on me its your job to make sure orders don't get stolen if you were paying attention and not flirting it wouldn't happen. literally I let bro have it once I saw him flirting with other employees instead of doing his job. the fact you can flirt with an employee in the workplace instead doing your job is nasty. when a female employee asked him for a side of sauce for an order and said "idk can you" then when she tried walking back to do her job he walked into her pushing her behind the wall behind register and said I didnt expect you to stop like bro you stopped her that is literal flirting if you ask me. is that something you want going on while making your food its just gross flirting should not be allowed in a workplace this is clearly a problem on management everything that happened and the way people are treated falls...

Don't bother. I've had one good experience and three bad. I went in one day for a hot and "ready" pizza. The place was packed and they had nothing made. It was lunch time! Took forever for him to take my order and then had to wait 15-20 mins for my food. It was the thin crust and was horrible. Ingredients were just scattered and not uniform at all. Some places had no cheese and don't even ask me how they cut it. I had some pieces that were 1/2" triangles and mangled. Figuring I'd give them another chance I went back the next week. I figured I'd call ahead this time so my food would be ready. Again, lunch time, packed with people and nothing ready! I stood there for 15 minutes and nobody even looked at me let alone asked me my order. I walked out and got slices from just pizza across the way. I later called to complain. The manager said he would handle it and sent me a coupon. Against my better judgement I went back with the coupon to get their super most bestest greatest whatever. The girl behind the counter gave the guy taking care of me an attitude and said it was only good for a regular pizza. They literally made me pay $1.50. Doesn't make sense since there is only $1 difference. Whatever.... Guess what? The pizza was horrible. Not enough cheese. Definitely not extra! I love how they make it look in the commercial, melty streatchy cheese and then it's no better than a frozen supermarket pizza when you get it. Again inconsistent ingredients and just plain bad. Usually this place is good and they food is readily available. However, today did not have a good experience at all. My co-worker called around 11:20 to place and order for pick-up at 1:40. I left at 1:50 to allow them extra time to make the order. Then, I get there and was being helped by a lady that wore glasses and she asked what my order was (I don't understand why I have to regurgitate an order when there was a name for the order), but she did not even finish to help me. As I was telling her my order she decides to walk away as I'm still trying to tell her what my order had and some guy comes up ans asks me again what I had. So this is now twice I had to tell TWO different employees my order. If the girl couldn't do her job the first time maybe she shouldn't have even said how can she help me. At any rate, my order was not even finished when I arrived 10 minutes after scheduled pick up time. I had to wait for the cheezy bread. However, it took almost 10 mins for me to get the bread. Now mind you I'm also on my own break from work and this is why we did a scheduled pick up time. My breaks are only 30mins and by the time I got my food I had to punch back in as soon as I got back to work because my order ahead order was not prepared in time.
