We stopped in after work for dinner. We got the vegetable spring rolls, crab rangoon, tonkatsu ramen, dry tossed rice noodles with minced pork, passion fruit bobo green tea, and mango pomelo sago tea. The appetizers were okay and very typical for an item that is available from frozen. I would like to see house made vegetable spring rolls. The Ramen had a delicious and balanced broth. The noodles were cooked perfectly with a bounce on each chew. The chashu (pork belly) was flavorful and tender. I would definitely get it again. It was also topped with ear mushrooms, nappa cabbage, scallion, nori, fish cake, and soy sauce marinated medium boiled egg. The tossed rice noodle had a kick, but it was a good spicy topped with minced pork, scallions, corn, cucumber, and soy sauce marinated medium boiled egg. Note: it is a peanut butter base sauce. The cucumber gave the dish a reprieve from the building spiciness. The was plenty of food where we decided to finish the ramen dish and take the rice noodle home for lunch tomorrow. We were plenty satisfied with the meal. We ended our dinner with Boba. The passionfruit was tart and refreshing. The mango tea was creamy and paired beautifully with the spicy rice noodle. Note: we requested no additional sugar as the fruit syrups made the drink appropriately sweet. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend for first-timers. Also, the staff was friendly, helpful, and...
Read moreGreat new noodle spot in Buffalo! My boyfriend and I have ordered twice so far, once on UberEats and once for takeout via online ordering.
Here are items we have tried: vegetable spring rolls, wontons in chili oil, dry tossed beef shank noodles (with pork belly for an additional charge), beef brisket lo mein, duck noodle soup in original bone soup base, shrimp fried rice, stir fried udon with shrimp, and mango pomelo sago.
Both times we ordered, our food was packaged very well and piping hot. I am emphasizing the packaging because the noodles were packed separately in a special container, very cool. Orders also came packed in reusable bags which is a very nice touch. I would not order the fried rice or lo mein again but I do not hold that against this restaurant as noodle soups seem to be their specialty. All other menu items I would eat again. Very good portion sizes, I was able to have multiple meals out of the entree menu items.
I definitely plan on ordering again, I want to try their fried chicken and other soup bases! Will definitely be recommending to others and hope people can make it out to try this...
Read moreWe went here for dinner!
For atmosphere: Really nice cute and clean! It doesn’t give the feel that you need to do take out or leave fast! Very comfortable! The music was really good too and a good volume.
Service: the girl behind the counter was so nice, genuinely attentive and kind even tho it’s dinner time. We tipped 30% because we genuinely loved the food and the service. She gave us 3 free classic milk tea with crystal boba to go!! It taste amazing and not sweet like the usual boba in buffalo.
Food: so good! Huge portions! We shared and still ended up taking home! The stir fry udon is soooo good compared to other places where it’s bland. I can taste the sesame oil in it tho. The mala spicy noodle is actually really good! I love malatang and I’ve tried malatang from other places in buffalo and it’s still good but very very oily, the mala spicy noodle here was perfect. The tonkatsu ramen was good but a little bland, but not in a way it ruined dinner for us. The prices are amazing and affordable too! We spent like $40-45 I think on 3 items that were very generously sized.
Can’t wait...
