Good enough play area and pretty cheap but also pretty minimal compared to other ones. Staff is polite but seems kinda lazy as we are the first ones here and there was trash in the ball pit area and half the balls tossed out of the ball pit had not been cleaned up and put back in before opening. *Picture shows how empty ball area is

Everywhere it says that they open at 10, so we went only to be disappointed that they open at 12 pm. It’s 12:02 and counting and it’s not open. There are no employees on site, not even a car in the parking lot. Looks janky. My two year old is yelling at me in his car seat. Lame.

I took my 3yr old today 12/9/21 And it was only Me and Him. It was "EMPTY" But He Loved The place... he Liked the BALL pit with the Slides the ONLY good thing they have... but the whole point is, the Freedom of Just Being a Child is why I wanted to bring him here...

I wish I could give zero stars. I used to bring my kids here a couple years ago when we lived in Glendale and loved it. Once we moved right around the corner recently, I thought we'd be coming in all the time. But the only two times I've been since we moved to the area have been absolutely disappointing.

We came on the weekday before Independence Day holiday and were told they were closing early, though it didn't say so anywhere online or at the location. The lady said we could only stay 20 minutes but had to pay full price. My kids (2 and 4) were already crying so I paid and figured we'd be back soon and stay a long time to make up for it. I work full time now, so we finally got a chance to go yesterday. It was crazy hot out, but we walked anyway, thinking it would be all the better once we got inside and played in the AC. We arrived sweating and were turned away because they had a private party. The girl there (never seen her before, but could have been the owner, not sure) turned us away and threatened to call the cops when I started asking about their hours and whether they'd changed policies or owners because I had no idea they were "always closed on weekends" as she said. I told her the brochure I had from the last time I was there didn't say that (though it did have lots of prices crossed out and replaced in sharpie with higher costs, hmmmm). She said we couldn't even wait inside for my husband to pick us up in the car!

My kids were crying, we were all sweaty and upset, but I was simply asking about what had changed about policies, and she was threatening to call the cops?!?? So unnecessary and unprofessional. We were going to do my daughter's birthday there next month and I would have booked it today; I decided right then and there we won't be back again. We'll probably do Giggles and Hugs in Glendale instead, like last time.

Don't waste your time here unless you're prepared to be turned away at the door or kicked out within 20 minutes.

To add to the ordeal, they are now publicly lying, saying they never threatened to call the police when in fact they did so right away -- and more than once. Rude, unprofessional, and outrageous threats = NOT the kind of business I want to take my children to.

EDIT to add: I now realize it was the owner all along, Ripsie, who was so rude and made the outrageous threats to call the police when I asked whether they had any recent changes in hours, policies, or ownership. Wow! Never have I been treated in such a manner, in front of my children no less. There are MANY other indoor playgrounds around here that are much better and treat customers with genuine courtesy and respect. Don't bother...

Im actually quite surprised with the 5 star reviews. I will give this place one thing it was empty. It was just myself with my son and one other momma with her baby. The place looks like it needed to be cleaned up since even before COVID. There was a pretty sizable hole in the trampoline, the merry-go-round had one seat that was falling apart. The slides were visibly dirty same with the balls in the ball pit and just about every surface and toy that was outside of the arcade. The arcade games were also run down and they were all shut down while we visited. The staff was nice and the tables they had set up for parties were well placed and looked clean, although there were still food items from someone’s birthday that had long passed. They also charge 4% for paying with your card for admission which I didn’t realize until after because the sign is not clearly viable when walking in. I wouldn’t say it was worth the price but I will say my son had a nice time...

Just discovered place is right down the street from my parents home so they decided to take her yesterday. She is almost 2. First of all, I’ve never seen my parents so excited to watch her glow and laugh while she played, they sent me so many videos of her enjoying this indoor playground. They said it seemed clean, the staff was really nice even playing with her and turning up some music to dance. I’m pretty sure they are going to be regulars and my only wish is if they offered a little discount for going often if possible. My parents are older so chasing her around and worrying she’s going to get injured at a park is too stressful for them so this place is perfect! I would love to host her birthday here and plan on it...
