Zaatar Factory… yum, yum, yum! The food is PHENOMENAL and the service is the BEST of all bakery’s I’ve been to throughout the greater Los Angeles area. The owner is very friendly, and always assists me with kindness. I usually order over the phone, then go to pay and pick it up in the store. The bakery is very clean inside, and also carries Tan as well as imported goods besides the bakery and food selection. The prices are very reasonable compared to most bakery’s that carry similar goods. The food and desserts are ALWAYS FRESH, and I always come back, whether I need to get food for gatherings, or just myself. Zaatar Factory is the place to go to with all the time when you have a craving for delicious Middle Eastern foods. Their Baklava is very good, and is one of my favorite sweets they have. When putting foods such as Lahmajune, Borek, or Manaeesh on the table, everyone always asks me where I got it from, and I most DEFINITELY recommend that everyone goes to Zaatar Factory for the excellent service, good prices, and...
Read moreI wish I could give this place 10 stars! Just an incredible experience. The owner, Sam, was a delight from the start. As first timers, we had no idea what to order and were a bit overwhelmed with the gigantic menu! Sam and his wife Fabiola were extremely patient, breaking down each of the dishes and recommending his favorite dishes. Ultimately we went with the zaatar wrap.
“It’s big,” Sam warned us with a smile.
“I think i’ll be ok and can finish it,” I laughed.
Boy was I wrong, LOL. The zaatar wrap is MASSIVE. I could only manage half of it, and I was starving. And it was only $13! I’ve had smaller sandwiches in LA for 16. It’s the best deal ever!
After our very yummy and generous meal, Sam approached us and asked if we would like some coffee? on the house! He flavored it with cardamom, which is supposedly great for digestion.
Was so happy that he gave us coffee at the end! It was delicious and the perfect end to a large satisfying meal.

Read moreMost amazing experience. Like we entered a new world, filled with warmth and hospitality, culture, and delicious delicious food. The owner is a charismatic, welcoming man who takes your order. From the moment that he noticed we looked a bit lost with the menu, trying a new cuisine, he helped us with great recommendations and served us their special Brazilian coffee and fragrant tea. We even got to try a bit of the baklavah and my goodness. It was filled with flavor. The food itself knocked us out. The meat was so richly seasoned and tender, the bread was rolled in with a cheesy layer for a thick cheesy crust, the toppings were a perfect complement to the base... And the zataar roll my goodness was delicious! Our favorite was definitely the larger dish and coffee and tea and baklavah. We're coming back for more and are lifers for this place! Thanks for bringing together a great dining experience...
