Bailey Lake Park — Attraction in Burleson

We love this place my 5 year old catches fish like crazy. They stock it regularly so it's good fishing. We also like the walking/bike trail. You do have to have a fishing license to fish here. If you like snakes and frogs this is your heaven. We find so many. We love the woods and creek near by as well. It's an outdoors...

Allot of water moccasins. We counted at least 15 in the 2 hours we sat there. I was really concerned about the children playing close to the grassy edge on the water where I could visibly see the weeds moving from the snakes swimming around in there. Not enough posted signs about venomous snakes...

Great park for a family picnic or just a walk around the lake. I do not recall seeing a childrens playground. There are multiple ponds to fish from and paths that people run on. There is a second area of the park on the other side of the bridge. I have not been over to that side to check...
