Wow! Where to start with this place? Walking in, you’re immediately greeted with a lovely mix of aromas, a warm vibe, and incredibly friendly staff. They were super helpful in figuring out what I wanted and provided a couple of options for really yummy sounding drinks. I settled on the iced Triple C with no caramel and it was SO good! Also, they serve alcohol here and when they found out I was staying to complete some homework, they offered the option to start a tab, which I thought was pretty cool. My second drink I had was a vodka red bull with peach, which was delicious! While I was sitting at my beautiful table finishing my last drink, the owner offered me a sample of their white chocolate and raspberry espresso martini. I don’t normally like creamy drinks, but this was divine! I will definitely have to try it when I come back in. Side note: this is a family owned company and they grew up in the area and graduated from Burleson. I thought that was awesome and it gave me a nice hometown vibe. I didn’t try the food because I ate before I came, but I will be back and will try one of their yummy looking treats next time!...
Read moreI have never written a review online before, but I feel like it’s necessary because I hope no customer has to experience what my coworkers and I just did. We came into the cafe excited to try a new coffee shop in town, and we were happy to see that the store was empty so we could have more time to browse the menu before deciding. We came into the shop and greeted the two employees at the counter and they immediately rolled their eyes and said nothing to us in response. My coworker asked a question about their menu and the two employees looked at each other, rolled their eyes, and then gave a very short and rude response. This happened several times. At one point when my friend asked a question about the menu, they looked at her and didn’t answer at all, but instead gave us an ugly look as if we were inconveniencing them. I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional service in my life, and it was very surprising considering what good things I had heard about this coffee shop. I ended up not even buying any coffee because I felt like such an inconvenience to them and wanted to get out...
Read moreWe REALLY wanted to love this place but the coffee could use some serious TLC. We were so excited to try it out as we all know Burleson is limited on local coffee shops. The Beeanery had plenty of parking, fast drive through, friendly staff, cute atmosphere and a menu the size of Cheesecake Factory (for those of you who like options). That said, I think they have their “BEEans” confused. The first time we went I ordered the Sugar Free Irish Cream iced latte which was 90% cream. Our 2nd attempt a week later, we decided to keep it simple and ask for a Cold Brew which tasted like a dirt water. I can’t think of better description but coffee should be dark, right? This was tan at best. Super bummed. Hoping these are growing pains and it gets...
