Echo Lake — Attraction in Burlington

Echo Lake is extremely accessible right in the middle of Burlington. Its a great place to take kids and anyone else learning to kayak or paddle board. The waters are calm and you dont have to worry about boats or wave runners speeding by. I love seeing all the wildlife from ducks to geese to the very large egrets that like to hang out on top of the dam. On the west side of the lake theres even a train bridge that goes right over the lake. Definitely a fun experience watching the train go by from the lake. (From a safe distance of course). So many memories to be made on Echo Lake, not just in the warmer months but in the colder months as well. Ice fishing and ice skating. Also watching daily to see if the Kiwanis car has fallen through the ice. Echo lake has so much to offer. I absolutely love Echo Lake and most definitely recommend coming by to...

Went there to fish, water level was low nothing was biting. There were plenty of other fisherman there who had no luck catching a fish that day. Would definitely go back hopefully the water...
