Low Daily — Restaurant in Burlington

This is a great spot! Their beer menu is somewhat limited right now as they are just starting off, but everything they had was great: a West Coast IPA, a Hazy, Tangerine Sour, and a Kolsch. I really enjoyed the flight. The snacks were great too. Normally, my wife and I go to wineries for cheese and charcuterie boards, but it was a great move for a brewery to offer these. We only tried the cheese spread and crackers, which were great, but I look forward to coming back and trying the other offerings.

That covers the content of the place, but what we really loved was the atmosphere. The industrial vibe rang true for the location, and the outdoor seating by the train tracks and river was awesome. Better still was the service. We were greeted warmly and had really pleasant conversations with all three staff members on duty today. That's really a great part of the small town brewery experience. If you have not been here yet – it is TIME! Thank you Tim and Claire for letting us rent out your amazing brewery for our rehearsal dinner. We need to give a shout out to your unbelievable staff, Missy and Casey, and how they treated us all night long. They could have just served us beer and we would have been happy, however, they truly went above and beyond in their hospitality, conversations, compliments, service, and of course their beer pouring ability. Our family and friends from out of town were blown away by the homey feel of the main area, patio setup, and beer selections that cater to all the different taste buds. Low Daily was the perfect spot to host my 20-year high school reunion yesterday. The space had just the right vibe! Laid-back, welcoming, and big enough to handle all the “Wow, you look exactly the same!” lies we told each other.

The beer selection was excellent (and let’s be honest, that was essential for surviving the awkward “remember when…” conversations). The staff was friendly and on top of things, and the atmosphere made it easy for people to relax, reconnect, and pretend we’re not old enough to be comparing cholesterol numbers.
