Puzzle House Escape Room — Attraction in Caguas

My first time visiting an escape room and this was so fun!! Don’t be afraid to go if you don’t know Spanish- the clues were in English and Spanish and they have bilingual employees. The whole experience was amazing from start to end and very clean. We were warmly greeted and everything was explained thoroughly and they made sure we didn’t have any last minute questions before starting. We had small kids with us and they were able to accommodate us with the emergency key to exit if they needed to access the bathroom and They offer lockers to utilize while you are in the room. I did the Forest and of course, as a first timer I was lost but eventually found my groove. They have plenty of props to wear during the game and even for your photos! I will be back to try the other rooms! Thank you Puzzle...

One of the best Escape Rooms that I've ever visited! I did " El Carnicero" and the Forest room. The best escenarios, puzzles, creativity, and challenge you will find it there! They are both amazing, but "El Carnicero" is unique, and it was my favorite. The owner is also incredible! She is extremely friendly, funny, and charismatic. Her service was the cherry on top. These escape rooms were an excellent and funny activity that is perfect to go with family members or a group of friends. I am excited about the new room that will be Save the Christmas. I will definitely return with a group of friends and do that room too....

Had a blast!!!!!! I don’t review, but this place deserves one! It’s by the town square, so easy access to parking, ice cream shops, souvenir shops, historical buildings, and (of course) the Puzzle House

The team was very attentive, thorough, and friendly. The room was flawless in that everything worked as intended.

Our 11-year old daughter and I completed the “Saving Christmas” room with minutes to spare, and only used one clue. The Christmas theme was festive and fun! Specially since we did this in July :)
