I am very disappointed with the service. We arrived at 8 on a Friday night and were called at 8:43pm when a table was available. We had intentions to eat dinner and have a drink. The waitress came to us and simply as if we were good multiple times from the moment we were seated. We ordered our drinks. When we were ready to order food, the waitress mentioned the kitchen closed a 9. However, she never mentioned the time the kitchen closed at any time, including the moment we were seated. We addressed this complaint to the waitress calmly, but what was most disappointing was that the waitress didn't even apologize for not specifying the time the kitchen closed. Considering that we waited 1 hour for our table, they should've at least expected that we were gonna order food. At least a sign of aknowledgement of failing to properly inform of the kitchen I would've expected. I was still considering giving tip, but after the lack of apology or acknowledgement, I refrained to give a tip. Despite this, the waitress didn't even say thanks or good night. Complete lack of courtesy. Was excited to try their food before tonight, but don't have any intentions of returning to this restaurant due to their...
Read moreLocated Right in the center of Caguas this restaurant is a perfect fusion of comfort food meets a sophisticated and very creative menu featuring Puerto Rico’s best cuisine. Starting with the zabore loaded, a mixture of thin and crispy malanga chips loaded with smoked pulled pork and topped with mayoketchup, pico de gallo and a delicious cheese sauce. Their signature homemade mac and cheese is a must and adding the protein will take it to another level. Trust me on this one since I had second thoughts before ordering it and I am glad I was brave to try it! Trifongo is also a delicious dish that you can get with many different options. Also shown on these pictures are the risotto, as rich as it looks and don’t be fooled it is so filling that you probably won’t be able to finish it. The only thing I didn’t love really was their sangria. Maybe go with the mojito instead. But I will definitely be...
Read moreHad dinner here for the first time around 5:30 PM on a Friday. At first, it was pretty quiet—only two tables were taken, but it definitely got busier after 6. The staff was great, always checking in without hovering, and the food? Legitimately delicious. Prices make sense, nothing outrageous. The space feels comfortable and inviting, and I was surprised by how clean the bathrooms were (a rare find these days). One suggestion for the owner: once the crowd picks up, it gets noticeably hot inside. Might be worth turning on both A/C units during the rush. Shoutout to the kitchen team too—they move fast and clearly know what they’re doing. Love the sauces that are home made with the appetizers. Everything that came out was on point. This is how a food business should be. Will...
