The water here is cloudy, which is unusual for the water around Lake Tahoe. There were quite a number of dogs, which is normally a good thing since we had our 75 pound fellow, but this beach is very small and these dogs were all big and frisky. Altogether I think I saw about 3 picnic tables, so think about getting there early. Also, don’t think you’ll sun on a sandy beach, no sand and very small with lots of bushes. The beach is clean, there are trash cans and poo bags provided for Fido and a porti-potty for mom and dad. Bottom line: not really a beach, more of a dog park.
