The worst booking experience I’ve ever had. They had mice in the house we stayed. So we had to cut our vacation and leave two days earlier. Plus their fridge was terribly leaking. This was a very unpleasant stay and due to the rodent and appliance issue we had to cut our stay short. I could not expose my children to the rodents found in their property. They charge top dollar for a “Awesome Vacation” if there’s any emergency think about plan B unless you can wait hours for them to come up with a solution. You can’t complain about anything because their customer service is beyond poor. Cathy kept talking over me would not even address their issue or apologize, complete denial and obnoxious. Fantastic tennis courts. Pickle ball courts in very good shape, but there isn't quite enough room behind the service line. Nearby tree branches affect ability to lob into one court. Beautiful grounds, safe, quiet, clean. 2...
