Oceano Park — Attraction in California

Nice park with playground, basketball court and bathrooms. Very near a lake/lagoon. A lot of water fowl and other birds. Unfortunately said water fowl naturally " fertilize " the grass and sidewalks. Also tends to be a hangout for many of the local homeless. Barbecues and trash cans are plentiful. Right across the street is the Oceano Airport, so kinda neat to see the planes occasionally taking off and landing. Oceano Park is a very well kept park. There is a fantastic playground area that I'm positive any child will enjoy. They have a nice BBQ at the park as well. I am not certain what the procedure is for a group to have access. I'm not sure if it is first come-first serve or if you need to reserve it through the city of Oceano. Really nice variety of play structures for kids of all ages: multiple slides, ladders, swings, zipline, long stetch of monkey bars etc. Was likely super nice in its hey day, but now dangerously worn. I took a few photos of a loose railing, and the underside of where the structural poles hold up the platforms which has rusted away. The structural pole for the monkey bars has also significantly been affected by rust. The kids had a great time, but seems like this is an accident...
