Amazing mansion that offers tours and is also an Inn. There were some rooms we could not see because they were currently occupied with guests but we were allowed to self-tour and it didn't take anything away from the experience, in my opinion. Visiting here is like stepping back in time; period furniture, art and decor. Appreciated the upper ballroom with information about how the mansion was brought back to its current condition.

Beautiful old mansion that is open 12-3 daily for a self-guided audio tour. The building itself is beautiful with many interesting details, and we enjoyed hearing about the history. You are able to visit the main rooms and unoccupied guest rooms. The tour price is a little high, in my opinion, but it’s still worth a visit.

Julie & Dave have preserved a beautiful piece of history. From elephant hide wallpaper, to an original claw foot tub, to a carriage house with a turntable, this gem of a mansion is breathtaking. It's a Must-See of any UP trip. They have a B&B!
