LOFT Outlet — Attraction in Camarillo

I went in yesterday Sunday 5/20/2025 around 3-4pm ish there was a young lady in her 25s I asked if I can possibly do an exchange. It was a gift from my aunt to my mom but was paid by card so I didn’t want a refund to happen. I tell her I have the receipt and it’s brand new with even the same bag from the loft in TO. She said she asked the manager but the manager didn’t even come out to ask me anything or look at the receipt she said I had to go to the TO store. Very bad service the manager didn’t come out to figure out what was going on. If I had the original receipt I don’t understand why I couldn’t get help in this Camarillo location never had that happen in any other store. If I were to buy at the Camarillo Target I can’t get a refund with my original receipt in Oxnard??? Yes I can as long as I have a original receipt so just thought was weird/hostile. If I could do 0 stars I would ! My mom has cancer and wanted to exchange or get a credit from store with an original receipt. Don’t recommend this store in Camarillo...
