I had two dinners at this restaurant. My first experience in this restaurant was decent; I first knew this restaurant because of a dinner with my friend, who really loved this place for its taste and service, I also enjoyed the food as well. Because of the decent experience, I decided to take my family there again for my mom's birthday. When I entered there the staff guided me to the seat, which was at the corner; I really didn't care, however the horrible experience begun there. I order $120 worth of dinner but my dinner came out very late, which is totally understandable if the restaurant was busy, but the day I went there was thursday dinner which isn't that busy for restaurants (It wasn't busy here as well). My server was focusing on the back table and that too is kind of understandable as well, but felt weird. My parent's wanted more Ice tea but the server didn't come back with the order for 10 minutes. But the event that led me to write this review was when I was exiting. I called for a check and left my credit card but the serve didn't pick up for 20 minutes, since she was helping the BACK TABLES; for a normal individual about 5 minute wait time is the maximum for waiting for getting check picked up. Since my patience ended my family left the seats and went to the cashier, where the manager(?) was stationed. While card was processing I told her that the server took too long for getting orders processed and checks picked up, I was expecting a simple apology, but she said " She has so many tables (which I think max 4) that is the reason why she couldn't help therefore why can't you understand?" Her response made me to write this review, if I had a simple apology I wouldn't mind this much at all, since I understand most of the times. I felt discriminated since I'm colored and the back table wasn't. I never felt this much of a discrimination in my dinner history. I will never go there again even tough the food was...

I stopped by Lure Fish House during happy hour and was pleasantly surprised by how polished yet inviting the place felt. From the second I walked past the chalkboard announcing the Wild White Sea Bass and Lure Martini, I had a good feeling—and it only got better from there.
The interior strikes a perfect balance between nautical charm and modern comfort. With “FRESH FISH” boldly mounted on the wall and cozy booths throughout, it’s clear they take both their seafood and ambiance seriously. There’s even a more relaxed bar area with TVs, great for catching a game while snacking on oysters.
Speaking of oysters—WOW. I ordered the Charbroiled Oysters, and they were smoky, buttery, and perfectly briny. You get six big beauties, kissed with garlic and parsley. They’re rich, so come hungry or be ready to share.
Next up was the Pan Roasted Basil Clams, served piping hot in a cast iron skillet with a lemony white wine broth and a slice of crusty bread for dipping. Comforting, aromatic, and honestly one of the best clam dishes I’ve had in a while. The broth alone could be bottled and sold.
They even bring out a complimentary warm baguette with soft whipped butter to start things off—simple, but a nice touch that set the tone.
Service was friendly, the vibe was laid-back yet polished, and prices during happy hour were more than fair for the quality.
Don’t miss: Charbroiled Oysters, Pan Roasted Clams, and that fresh-baked bread.
Five stars for a satisfying seafood escape. I’ll...
Read moreThis was our first visit and we really enjoyed the complete visit! We placed our name on the waiting list and we received a text message letting us know our table was ready! We arrived and was seated immediately! - 10 stars (punctuality)
We were taken to our table where we were seated and immediately our waiter Logan approached the table with a smile on his face & in his voice! Talked with us about if this was our first visit and shared some popular items from the menu as well as taking our order for drinks.
Logan promptly returned with our drinks and we were ready to place our order. We sat and observed the great atmosphere and was tempted to go to Raw Bar but we paused being this would give us a reason to try something different at our next visit.
We received our appetizers in a timely manner & shortly after our entree was brought out. Everything was the right temperature, fresh and very tasty.
Appetizer: Calamari w/fried jalapeños: Super YUMMY Appetizer: Crab Cakes: Super YUMMY
Entree: Crispy Fried Fish & Shrimp w/ sweet potato fries & Cole slaw: Cole Slaw was the Best as we both felt the fish could’ve used a tad bit more seasoning. Also had a side order of the sautéed spinach which was perfect!
Overall Rating: 9.7 being the fish was a bit under-seasoned.
Waiter: Logan-10: Thank you being so Awesome! When we return we will ask to be seated in his area ☺️
Atmosphere/Cleanliness: 10
