DO NOT SEND ANY ITEMS TO DIAMONDS USA (aka) CJ ENVIRONMENTAL..I have sent 35 extremely small rough raw diamonds. Many of which having yellow inclusions. I have been a legal advocate for online scams for quite a while and had been requested to investigate this business. I did use the personal appraisal kit I was sent in the mail. To send my diamonds on mon 6/7/2025 the package was delivered at 10 am this morning 6/10/2025 and I was sent conf by them @ 10:56am and my APPRAISAL WAS SENT BY 2 pm of $1.00 and this is with 10% bonus special they are advertising. I DECLINED OFFER AND SENT EMAILS TO CONFIRM MY DECLINE AND ADDRESS INFO AND ALSO TO MAKE THEM AWARE THAT I HAVE PHOTOS OF ALL 35 diamonds and how I am now aware that they are not a GIA REPRESENTED DIAMOND DEALER AND THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. I have also made it quite clear they will be sued if I do not receive every diamond as I sent it. They sent me back in the mail trash what looked like somebody had taken a rotary tool bent down picked up random rocks off the ground and cut pieces off of them and put them in my envelope . Do you find this funny? No worries.. your professionalism will scream volumes to the public. If you would have offered me $35 I would have accepted because there are many more where them came from . How this business has so many 4 star reviews on google but on the BBA website they 1 and a half stars. Don’t believe me go look for yourself. Went over to see Sheel at GizMoGUL which is same biz as CJ Environmental Recycling but GizMoguL specializes in iPhones and iPads from what i could tell, and met all the 6 guys + 2 dogs (Pluto is great once he gets to know U & stops barking at U :) that work there. The guys & owner treated us well & gave me and my son a great deal on upgrading our fam's T-Mob 3 iphone 4S to 3 iphone 5S'es at a great price. They even gave us a great break on a trade in for our 3 4s iphones even tho 1 had a cracked screen and made the deal work at the price point that WE (me & my son) had in mind for all 3 phones with our expected trade-in/trade-up. I had called 5 other Boston based iPhone independent shops around town and even visited one in Brighton. NONE came close to the discounted price on all 3 iPhone 5S that i received from these guys. We even had a great time talking to them and they serviced all our iPhones while there. Great experience. They said, if any probs just come back with what you bought. We went over to the T-Mobile corporate store at Legacy Place in Dedham, got 3 new sims made and all the iphones powered up. These looked and acted like new with great batt life, like new batts!. Wish I could leave this review with zero stars. Dishonest and unprofessional. Sent in gold and was given a price 30% of the value. Fine, I guess except they say they are honest and reputable, not sure what’s honest or reputable about taking advantage of people. But I knew my gold weight and worth and told them to send back. When asked what I thought a fair price was I mentioned (in texts) that a fair price was payment for 90% of weight (not the 30% they first quoted). In minutes, they sent me a note that said I had accepted that offer and mailed a check like 5 minutes later it seemed. Took me a day to unravel the offer and get my gold sent back (which I haven’t yet received but am expecting on Monday). My issue was I included a gold 3 diamond necklace in the packaged (not included in the raw gold weight) and asked for a separate offer for that - that info was never acknowledged. It was like I was giving it to them for free. There is nothing upfront, transparent about this company except that they are un reputable. You take a leap of faith sending gold in to be sold this way - take a look at all of these reviews and look elsewhere.
