Disappointing experience with Vanity World in Canton, MA. While the selection of vanities is extensive, and prices are affordable, overall customer experience and order management is a joke. We ordered a vanity, top and sink and was told it would be delivered in 4-8 weeks. After 8 weeks, our vanity came in and was available for pick up in the Canton location. After about 10 weeks our top was in and available for pick up in the Norwood warehouse. I asked for the address of the warehouse via email so I could pick it up and was told it was actually brought to the Canton location now. I went on a Saturday to pick both items up in Canton and was told the top had actually not been delivered and due to the mishap, both items would be delivered free of charge to my house the following Tuesday between 7:30-8am. Shocker, it was not delivered at this time. When I called and asked why it had not been delivered, the same person I dealt with that past Saturday said he had no knowledge of this order being delivered today which is beyond confusing. The "ho hum" attitude about the oversight was beyond annoying. Now, I've been told the delivery is coming tomorrow after 5pm. I'm holding my breath! Customer service is everything. These guys fail. I had been researching countertops for six months and had gotten a few estimates. As I was driving on Rte. 138 in Canton, I saw Vanity World. I stopped in and discovered an amazing array of products. My husband had drawn a detail of our kitchen which we showed to Afram Dolabani, the installer and only person in the store. I left our design and asked for someone to call. When we left, I had a gut feeling after talking to Afram that we had found the right place. George called me and we talked for a while and we decided to go with Vanity World. So we were off to the races. We chose our stone, granite, and the fabricator came and measured. All was ready the next week. The installers came and faced a challenge retrofitting the stone with our cabinets and backsplash. They perfectly prepared it because it just slipped right in. Afram and his crew did an amazing job compensating for cabinets that slanted downward and adding trim all around to account for the difference in height going from formica to stone. The final result is a gorgeous new kitchen. I cannot say enough about the customer service and efficiency of getting our job completed and also about Afram and George. ...

I'd been looking for a vanity for months and had been going to a lot of the larger chain type stores/online etc. I was so thankful I didn't give up and go with a vanity I wasn't in love with. I happened to search for vanity stores and Vanity World in Canton came up. I decided to stop by and was SOOOO happy with both the selection, service, and prices. The vanity size I needed was a little unusual so I thought I'd be very limited for selection but instead had a handful of wonderful options. I wasn't sure about picking out the faucet etc and the sales representative took lots of time helping me with everything. It seems right now that often it is taking a long time for furniture to come in, but not here. In my case it was in within 2 weeks. My bathroom renovation looks amazing and I am very thankful for Vanity World because of the quality vanities they have to offer and the kind/helpful individuals who work there. (I think it is a small family owned business and you can tell they care a lot!) I'll be back when we do our next bathroom...
