New Boston Street is initially one large parking area for trucks for about a mile when suddenly you come upon an overhead sign which welcomes you to the Irish Cultural Center . From this point you will find yourself traveling on a paved road bordered by a small forest which brings you to an Irish styled chateau with football playing fields to its front and back sides. The first floor consists of a comfortable pub and an adjoining room for meetings and entertainment. This evening a County Cork club was sponsoring a dinner to be follower by a musical treat performed by two excellent Irish musicians on tour of the USA . Read moreProbably would have been a good event if not for the venue. Went to see Celtic Angel's. Five rows of folding chairs in a tent (tendined to be very noisy before the show). Even though we arrived a half hour early, the best we could find were 4th row seats (front row were reserved & many people saving seats for others not there yet). Part of the show was Male step dancers & we couldn't see their feet at all to appreciate whatever they were doing. Read moreWe had our daughter's wedding at the Irish Cultural Centre. It was AMAZING!!! The venue was beautiful and so grand, working with Alana Carrington, Event Coordinator was an absolute pleasure! The team at the Pub, Jay & Darcy took great care of our guests all throughout the event. Connor, Pub Manager had artfully chosen beer, wine and spirits for all the guests to enjoy.
