I brought my dog for a grooming when I arrived to pick him up I was outside the establishment on a personal phone call trying to respect the lobby of this place and I was rudely interrupted by MIKE property owner he says. As I talked on my call outside he interrupted me not asking me if I needed any help, but rudely asking WHAT YOU NEED, WHAT YOU WANT, WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE. REALLY! Iâm a man of color and I really wonder if he does this with people arriving to conduct business I say this because I actually parked close by when I left and saw 4 different customers arrive and not once he came out to say anything including a person smoking outside this place. All on video! Then when I went to pay they tried charging me more than the $75 that was quoted by Jim in my initial detailed information registration of our dog. I will never bring my beloved dog there again. He actually said that he asked me WHAT I WANTED because he owned the BLDG. and heâs had issues with break ins. so if youâre dark in color expect Mike to think youâre there to break in not pick up your dog never once he came outside when other people were there to conduct business including 2 that hung out outside one ended up going in after his cigarette. Disgusting! and like I told him that heâs an idiot on top of being singled out because Iâm a man of color. The young lady that works there apologized for Mikes behavior and apologetic over the whole thing including the price change with no explanation. I think she understood that thatâs how he treats...
Read moreWe started using Everything Dog when our sweet Boston terrier turned 6months and he is now 10months old. Buddy is deaf but Joe and the rest of the staff ensured they would take excellent care of our puppy and he would be safe. All visits (boarding, daycare, grooming) were fine, until they werenât. We picked up Buddy one afternoon from daycare, no notification or communication that he was in any altercations with other dogs. When we called to ask for details, we were brushed off with âthey needed to check the cameras and the staff was no longer working for the day.â The next day we were told there were no cameras where our dog was playing and that the staff didnât see or report anything. We asked to speak to the manager and his response was âI am not sure what you want me to do, dogs get scratched, itâs actually your dog who is the aggressor.â
Buddy is not aggressive, he plays well with dogs of all sizes (my sister has a lab/Shepard mix and a pug/chihuahua mix and they all play together great) he plays great with our 3 year old son and older kids. The fact that there was no sympathy, no effort to make it right for us and our hurt puppy, no accountability was truly heart breaking. Donât let the good reviews fool you like they did us, there is more going on in this establishment then...
Read moreYesterday, I took my dog to a grooming place for the first time, and I feel really disappointed. The day before, I had groomed him well, hoping they wouldn't have to remove too much hair, but they ended up shaving him completely. It looks like all they did was pass the shaving machine. His hair is all uneven. I will never come back to this place and hope no one else does.Considering the amount of money charged for their services, I would have preferred to know they were just going to use clippers and leave his ears half dirtyâI could have done that at home myself. I feel like the person who groomed him was lazy and lacked sympathy. The owners recommended this place so our pets could come out looking nice and clean, but I feel really sorry for my dog. He was there for 5 hours, which seems excessive for a bath. When I picked him up around 4 he was crying, and he continued crying in the carâsomething that has never happened before at other grooming places. I wish I could go back in time and cancel that appointment. The first photo was from yesterday (horrible) đ the second photo is from another hair salon which was super cute without having to remove all of her hair. I took him to this place to give him a chance but...
