Canyon Lake Smoke & Vape Shop — Attraction in Canyon Lake

Been shopping here with my girlfriend for a while. We both vape. I have been to many vape shops stretching from Lake Elsinore all the way to Upland CA. I also make my own vape liquid for everyday use, but my girlfriend and I still have our retail favorites such a Naked & Candy King.

Prices:

They have the best prices in the area, perhaps even further, hands down. We live in Upland but we still buy much of our supplies here. That is because they are one of the best around in terms of prices and customer service. No, they don't have a "vape lounge." No, you can't test the flavors. Further, the shop is relatively small in terms of selection. However, so far, they have the best prices we've seen. In fact, their prices are pretty on point with online. If you calculate taxes & shipment fees, they easily compete with the best online outlets (and you don't have to wait for them to have "special promotional" deals to stock up on your favorite line of vape supplies, their prices are in house standard).

Variety:

As I said, their variety is relatively small when compared to some of the larger vape shops, but they offer some of the best liquids out there for a price that is difficult to find anywhere else (even online). No, they don't have "in house brands" to offer. But in my experience, in house brands are often cheap for a reason. Very few have caught my attention.

Customer Service:

The best customer service I've seen yet. They don't try to sell you something that they themselves are not certain about. They are honest and upfront. The clerks vape as well and give you honest reviews from both themselves and other customers. They don't try to sell you something just because it's their "new product." They do their research, then bring it in the shop. Their suggestions are guided by customer reviews, not sales quotas! They actively ask their customers for opinions on their products.

Overall, though they are a relatively small in comparison, they're setting what should be the standard. I can't speak about anything else other than their vape supplies since that is all I have ever purchased here. However, if you know what you want and they have it, I can almost guarantee you that it will be very difficult to find a better price...

The manage or owner was very rude to entire time. He claimed to know which products were good but after questioning that person it became apparent they had no experience with that they were talking about. I had to ask another customer which products were good and luckily was directed to a high quality product. After the cashier insulted me and tried to charge me $3.50 more for a $2.00 product I asked the other employer what the real price of the item was. I was then asked to leave the store and was not able to allow me to purchase the items at their overpriced and scammed value. The individual """helping""" was very rude the entire time and I would not recommend any outsiders to ever visit this store because they will try to scam you. I feel sorry for the people that have to live in Riverside and wish them all the best of luck. May god help this poor person's soul. My wife went in and asked this shop to help her with a leaking vape unit. They were not very friendly at first, but eventually lightened up. They sold her a $20 piece and said it was repaired. She left the shop and within 15 minutes the vape was leaking in the same area. Due to having guests at the house( 4th of July) she did not return that day. I went along with her the following day to see how they would respond to her, and guess what? They were very unhelpful and basically said "oh well". I guess the "word of mouth" advertising they would receive from refunding us the $20.00 or at least attempting another fix, is not worth their effort of being more helpful and responsive.
