Sun West RV Park — Attraction in Carlsbad

Friendly,Respectful folks here Carlsbad,NM. So, ppl visiting here for the oil cool! Just remember this town is Respected and liked by our ppl here. Not Racist! All, is welcome! Its not my city, but i do live her!! So, i would appreciate anybody down here for work good luck do what you gta do. But, respect our town and please share a little Notarity to ppl. That here in little Carlsbad,NM. We are all kind. Or this is perfect!! Respect us we show you double respect back! Disrespect us and I Promise it would be your fault. Either stupidity, or just still a kid. But, this town use to be so chill and good people... All's, I'm saying I like to help ppl. So, if u need a hand moving or just rap, or chopp it up. ZackAttacks ur guy. Mybad you all BACK to the key point. Yes, this is a good R.V. park. Filling up fast.. I would Recommend Coyote Flats RV park. It has showers and restrooms for people visiting. Just think Coyote Flats is some were I would like to park my trailer. Free Wi-Fi. Thers just Alot of perks here at this park that others dont have. Also, the Fact of Nice clean Showers. Your own slab of concrete. And it will all Eventually be fenced inn. Almost like a little gated community, except trailers.. And, Coyote Flats is Brand spanking New. I work ther doing plumbing.. And, for about 350 trailers its a good decent...

-Plenty of room to park your camper easily. (Some sites have tree trunks in front of them that you have to maneuver around though). -Staff is friendly. -Laundry room is nice/clean -Quite -it’s on the west side of town so if you are needing to go south 285 for work you don’t have to deal with the long line at the red lighting to turn on 285 in the mornings. -Rent is $750/month—electric included.

My only complaint is I wish they would set up something to receive packages. Fedex and ups has delivered a couple of our packages to the wrong camper. Possibly some signs in front of the campers or something so they can actually see where they are dropping the...

Update! ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. gave me a 12 hr eviction notice because I didn't respond to a fee cuz I was in Midland at work. On top of it all I do plan on waiting my time out and having them evict me properly. I paid until the 16th and I'll be here till the 16th 🤷. They steal your money and if your card is on file I'd CANCEL and get a new one
