I spent $60 plus here with door dash! Ok , the flavor of the food , ( except the fries ) , is honestly delicious! But , the fish is way overcooked!!! My fries looks and tastes like they were just barely dipped in hot oil for just a few seconds!! Fries are nowhere near done! And I most definitely asked for extra crispy fries in the notes section! Didn’t ask for overcooked and dried out fish 😡! Again the taste of everything but the fries are awesome! Just stop overcooking the seafood and start cooking the fries longer! Visited this place while on vacation. It was busy most of the time so we thought it would be a good place to eat. Well I was wrong. The food was nasty. I ordered nachos with carne asada, I asked for guacamole and sour cream and I received one scoop of guac and a bowl full of sour cream. The food my family received was greasy and the beans were over cooked and dry. The kids chicken tenders were burnt, as for all the others only one plate was decent and that was the hamburger. It was extremely expensive for the quality of the food. One thing that made it even more difficult is the waitress did not speak English and no one helped translate. I regret trying this place it cost over $160.00 for 6 people. I may never be back to Carlsbad but if I do I will not...
