Recently, my TM driver got damaged somehow when it wasn't in my possession. As a result, the head of the driver cracked. I have no idea how this happened. In any case, I contacted TM via chat, and asked about the best option for getting the club fixed. I love the driver and wanted it to be repaired correctly. I explained to the guy I chatted with that TM had nothing to do with the damage, and that I just wanted to know how best to get it fixed. He directed me to the TM warranty site and told me to fill out the form and send it in. When filling out the form, I explained again that TM had nothing to do with the damage and that I wasn't looking for a freebie - just advice on getting it repaired.
I heard back from TM in literally 10 minutes. They said they would provide a free shipping label and assess the club when they received it, which I thought was fantastic.
But wait....the next morning I received an email from TM informing me that they were sending me a brand new driver! Mind you, this club costs over $500 new.
I rarely review any company or product, but this is just exceptional customer service!! I now have a brand new SIM-2 MAX driver which is incredible. TM is even paying to have my damaged club returned to them, so this entire transaction cost me...
Read moreSeverely lacking in Customer Service. I've been trying to get a warranty replacement 4 iron for over 4 months. Finally got a new club and it was the wrong length. Sent both the damaged one and the new wrong length club back and they lost them. I provided the tracking number and they won't respond. I called and they don't call back. Couldn't be more unhappy with this company. Never imagined it would take half a year to get a club replaced. I may as well be playing the POS that cracked down the middle. Thanks Taylormade! Follow up: I finally connected with someone that was helpful. Not sure if that was because of my complaints or because I had been going through the wrong channels. I did get my 4 Iron replaced within a week after that and they also sent a discount code for their website and a free wedge. Definitely made up for going all winter without my 4 iron but still, what in the world? Hopefully it had something to do with COVID and people not being able to go into the office in California. I would have been steaming if it had been golf season. Even so, I probably played 6...
Read moreTaylorMade provides great customer service but it's a horrible place to work. I myself worked in the security department and I also heard from other people from other departments of how unfair they were treated. I witnessed some of it with my own eyes. It provides great benefits but it's not worth the hostile work environment. I'm sure some people love their job there, but I sure didn't. Even though I went to HR nothing was done so I ended up resigning to better my mental health. Once I left and got another job & I was happy and myself again. I don't recommend this as a place to work but the products are great! Worst place I have ever worked at. I wouldn't go back if I was paid 100...
