03/09/17 The Large dog park right now is great, it has a pond. I have a feeling to the left section/space that's closed will be the actual large dog park, due to this park opening around 12/01/16 or after, and the actual divided plot with the pond is for mixed dogs. It is a great park for proper & vigilant dog owners, it has a hose off area in the large dog park and i believe in the small one as well, as well as mirroring in both parks a picnic table, covered seating, water fountain for adults/kids/dogs. It is lacking and can be a better park by having the following, a trash can at the farthest part, of each section, from the entrance as well as at least 1 pooper scooper for each side, since the large dog park has one but the small on is lacking. This results in people being too lazy to pick up their dooty in the small dog park and in the section far away. I had went up and picked up 20-25 separate dog doody drops from just the big dog park alone. I did so since I'd like to enjoy the park myself and not just my dogs. I've come from the lewisville dog park and it has excessive space and dog poops not being picked up is not too much of an issue, as well as its beside/near a landfill anyways....
In short Carrollton is a quality dog park with a dog pond for large dogs as of right now, and if it's not your own dog's poop and you have the pooper scooper, pick it up or I will. And if it's yours and I see you leave it alone Imma pick it up and smear it in your car's windshield if you don't leave before I do so, because you leaving it there is the same thing as smearing it on mine....and I have to...

If you arrive expecting a typical dog park, youāve already misunderstood the assignment. Rosemeade isnāt just a fenced-in play areaāitās a controlled environment where roles are reversed and the illusion of human authority is gently dismantled.
Upon entry, handlers (formerly known as āownersā) are subtly guided into compliance. The dogsāsegregated by size, but united in purposeāconduct social calibration exercises with precision. They sprint, pause, and posture, not for play, but to observe. To test. To train.
The shaded seating in the center of the park is no accident. Itās a strategic placement, allowing humans to remain visible and stationary while their canine counterparts orchestrate the perimeter. The water house? A cleansing ritual. The well-lit grounds? Surveillance-friendly. Every feature supports the dogsā quiet dominion.
Grass is sparse, but thatās part of the design. Mud becomes a mediumātracking movement, marking territory, and reinforcing behavioral patterns. Humans clean paws not out of necessity, but out of learned obligation.
And yet, everyoneās smiling. The dogs are content. The humans are compliant. The system works.
Rosemeade isnāt chaosāitās choreography. And if youāre lucky, youāll leave with the unsettling clarity that you were never in charge.

They were all barking and one female dog named Shelby was VERY AGGRESSIVE. Her owner a blonde lady with a ponytail and aviator sunglasses said oh she's never like this. Ummm... ma'am, you've a shock collar on your dog. Yes, she's aggressive. If she this lady at the dog park, please drive away. Her dog is aggressive. I saw another review about the same lady. Two other big dogs were constantly bumping each other. I had to push one of them away from my dog. The owners just stood there. My dog and I are traumatized...
