We’ve been regulars here for a long time and usually the owner is super nice, but this time the service was terrible. The girl who answered the phone had an attitude, refused our usual request for toppings, and was very dismissive. She even said things like ‘oh you don’t want it,’ which came across rude. We placed our order and were told it would be ready, but when I came to pick it up after the wait time, she only then started making it in a rush right in front of us. Noticed this new location a few days ago and have already picked up both dinner and breakfast here. Those of us living in this part of Carrollton are in somewhat of a taco desert (and no, Fuzzy’s ain’t cutting it, friends). El Taco Loco Al Vapor is a 10-of-10 must-have for our area. Delicious tacos for all day long. Chorizo here is stupid-good, as is the al pastor, among others. Breakfast tacos came with plenty of protein to keep you full for a long time! I work night shift this week and looked like a drunk when I ordered breakfast tacos. I bought a tallboy Heineken and 4 tacos. Everyone was eyeing me when they were getting their coffee for work.

The tacos are good. I like the potato and egg & the chorizo & egg. However, I did not like the barbacoa because it was way too salty (like deeznutz). The salsas were spicy and delicous. The next time I come here, I am going to try a torta with a modelo negra or a breakfast burrito....
